Went for a oil change on the 03/13/23. I needed Full Synthetic for my 2017 Nissan Altima was told they were out. Went with the Synthetic and was quoted one price but when it was finished ended up pay twice as much. I will never return to the location on Garth Rd again. They have youngsters working there that really don't know what they're doing. If anyone is planning on going there choose another place. Next time I'll be going to Valvoline on Spencer Highway in Pasadena. Very dissatisfied with the service I received and I've been using them for over a year. You live and you learn. read more

I should of read the review before driving in! Extremely slow service and I was the only vehicle. The staff spend more time "horse playing" then working. Nothing but kids. We always get our oil done here and service there is always friendly and nice. Was disappointed last week I took my veteran husband's truck up there for oil change and the guy told me they couldn't do it. He had to be with me when I never had any trouble before,He is. Vet and is sick and can't get out much a bunch new people up there. So I will be fining another place for my husband's truck. I have a rebuilt motor in my car and I told them. I could not use synthetic oil they told me I had to use economy oil they had. They didn't tell me it was a synthetic blend. Came here two weeks ago for an oil change the guys said they didn't have the type oil for my car. Mustang he said we will have it in on Thursday. Today is 07/03/2021 I pull up at 2:45 pm. Brought brothers car here a couple months ago. He has a dashcam. Pretty much recorded the staff insulting his vehicle. VERY unprofessional. I wouldn't want someone like that working on my vehicle. If I could rate less than one star, I would. Went in for an oil change and valve cover replacement. Left, and my engine light came on and it started idling really hard. (Never did that before I went in, I expected them to put it back the way it was) Took it straight back. Took two minutes and they said I was done. Noticed I had a huge leak the few minutes I was there. They gave me every excuse in the book, and finally said okay now you're ready to go. Left to go to dinner, and had a massive puddle under my car. Which was oil. Of course they were closed by this time. Got my car home, let it cool off and checked the oil the morning after, come to my surprise I have NO oil. I have brought my vehicles to this location to just get routine maintenance, main concern to get the oil changed. They did the job, but there is just one guy who works there that gives me a hard time. I'm pretty handy, and I just get my oil changed for convenience, this guy was very pushy trying to get me to add things that were not necessary at the time. It wasn't that he brought it to my attention that bothered me so much, it was the delivery. Customer service needs some work. read more

Second time one of the workers said whoever worked on my car in past wasn't doing a good job (which was them last time) and he wanted to charge me $70 to replace power steering fluid saying you need to be changed every 30,000 miles which is not true. Took my BMW car in to have a quick brake job done because my regular mechanic was pretty busy. They told me it would be $650 plus Labor for the brakes and to replace both back rotars because they were belviled. I refused the service thankfully, waited a couple of days and took it to my mechanic and it was $300 for all 4 brakes and a new sensor because the one in the front was worn out and that included labor. Went in for oil change and next day had big oil puddle under car. Called and told them what I found and also that it was way overfilled. Manager was very rude and keep calling me baby. My husband went under it and looked and it was coming from oil plug. We brought it back to them to get oil pumped out and make sure it was the oil plug leaking. Before I left the house the manager called back and stated that it was my head gasket leaking and that I was told about it and was given a card about it. (neither was done) It was not on my ticket that was signed and was never talked about until I said it was overfilled. When we returned to shop that manager was yelling and cursing (at my 12 yr old son and us), saying it was head gasket, My husband and him went in the pit and he put a wrench on oil plug and said see it is tight. My husband turned the plug 1/4 to 1/2 more turn and it has not leaked since. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS STORE they have no ideal what they are doing on an engine. And if something goes wrong they will go back in computer and jimmy-up the paperwork!!! I will never go back! read more
