My Mercedes was throwing up codes for my ABS, ESP, and EBV. Took it in, told them what it was…read moredoing. They plugged it in and told me 2 codes it was showing...neither of which had anything to do with the issues I was having. Told me I was good to go on with my trip and get it fixed when I got to my destination or when I got back home. (It went into limp mode in SC on our trip from our home in NC to our Airbnb in GA for work) We only made it about 4 miles away and turned into a gas station and not only did it go back into limp mode, you could hear the brakes locking up. Very disappointed in the service and advice from them, and also disappointed in the fact that they didn't listen to what we were telling them the issues were and checking that out when they saw the codes given weren't what was causing the issues. And after that experience, no I did not take the car back to them. All they did was charge me for a diagnostic test that did absolutely nothing in helping repair my car to get me to where I needed to be. I found a better, more reputable shop that did listen and find the problem.

I purchased a car to give to my son in FL but it needed some work and I was told to take it here…read more The people were super nice, got the car in right away and did the work at a very fair price. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that the work was warranties so if there was a problem he would not have to come back here. Well... after I dropped it off to him a week later it had a small problem. He took it locally in FL and told him he would be reimbursed by calling the 800 number. I stopped in at Carolina Automotive to get a copy of the original receipt and they reimbursed me completely without having to call the number. They were (again) extremely nice and I certainly appreciated not having to put in the claim. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs!
