I visited this car wash while running errands at Walmart. While paying and selecting a wash, the attendant helped me select the $20 wash. At that point she said you can get an unlimited number of washes for a month for the same price. It seemed like an easy choice. I specifically said I DO NOT want a membership. She said it was a membership but they canceled the memberships at the end of the work day. Not taking that answer as the final word I asked, you will NOT automatically charge my credit card in thirty days, right?.?. I was told in simple terms that that will not happen. Yup. 30 days latter I got a charge for $22. I just spent the last hour trying to cancel the very membership I didn't want and have my credit card reimbursed. Side notes... I never used the car wash after my first visit. The unlimited thing didn't really mean much to me. Also, the wash was poor. Wheels were plain dirty and much of my Honda Accord could have used a second pass through. read more

The vacuums NEVER work. I pay for a monthly subscription, but I feel like I'm being cheated because the vacuums have awful suction.

I pulled in there and had a spade shovel in my bed The guy said something about it and I asked if it would be ok if I put it under my toolbox I have had memberships at these car washes and the shovel has been in there for years, never been a problem He said that it would and when I was about to go thru the wash he started bitching about things under the toolbox I ended up having to leave. There were 5-6 cars behind me and a couple didn't want to give me room That could've caused all sorts of trouble I left without getting my 27 bucks back They really showed out and embarrassed me They were just looking for problems and flexing a muscle in my opinion I called to get my refund and can't even talk to a person read more

They are trying to charging me membership fees which I didn't signed up. I had to get another credit card and some how they are still trying to charge me. read more

Disabled vet. Tried to wash car. Person at kiosk got angry when I told her I'd prefer she gave me privacy to complete my transaction. Told me I was doing it wrong. When asked to give privacy she angrily stepped in front of the kiosk and stated she was the site manager and I had to leave. Yes she was being a Karen. Yes I was protecting my credit card and pin. Told me I could no longer come to "her" carwash. She refunddd my money and would not let me wash my 85 year old mothers white Honda. read more

I signed up for the membership and chose the cheapest option of $16 for the month. I knew that I would have to cancel if I didn't like the car wash or if I just didn't want the membership anymore. I chose to cancel due to a couple of reasons. The people who are supposed to wash the front and rear of the cars do not do a good job. During my first wash they hardly touched the rear of the car. They did better on the second and third wash but it's a hit or miss type of service. They use brushes and I did ask the attendant when I signed up whether or not it could possibly damage the finish. He said they hadn't experienced that type of problem, but if something happened, I should let them know. This conversation leads me to the second reason for cancellation. The brushes damaged the paint on my front passenger side door. There is not a lot of damage but enough that I noticed from a few feet away. I am going to submit an official complaint, however, I am not expecting a positive result. I would suggest skipping this wash and looking for one that has no brushes and there is a greater attention to detail. I suspect that's the reason for the affordable pricing especially if you choose the membership. I just received the email informing me that my membership has been deactivated. I went to get my car washed on Saturday 1/27 at 12:40. I have sciatic nerve nerve pain, so I have a ramp for my scooter. However, I have no idea how it goes on or comes off. The attendants suggested I take it off to prevent damage it it. They took it off, and when I done, they put it back on. They showed me how to remove it, put it back, and how to fold it up. The staff here is extremely friendly. The car wash does an amazing job at wadhing your car and the vacuums are really good. read more

The car wash part is great, the manual cleaning of the front and back of your vehicle is very nice. However, today and today only, there were 3 vacuums that didn't work. That's 3 different vehicle spaces I had to drive to in attempts to find one that worked. Considering part of the cost is also for vacuuming, if needed, which I did, that was very annoying and disappointing. Not sure if I'll be back. read more

I came here while going through Meridian MS traveling to Texas from Tennessee. I had bad case of bugs all over my hood hoping the wash would get them off. We came out and the wash had not successfully cleaned the bugs. A gentleman who works there came out and told us about a cool bug remover that we can use and allowed us to run the car through the wash again. They were so kind to scrub it for us since we've never used them before. I will definitely be coming back to use them during my future trips. Thank you for an amazing service. read more

They started out pretty good. I've noticed since I've been in business a while the quality of service has gotten less and less. Now I pay for the big wash and they don't even pre-wash the sides anymore. I went through there And then not even holler out the number of my wash and just give me the minimum even though I pay for the big wash. If you expect to keep your customers you better start getting service back right read more

The wash did not do the back of my car. You can see where the rear wiper removed more dirt than the car wash.

If I had the option of zero stars I would use that one. I have been here three times and only received the correct car wash once. That time someone actually wrote the number of the car wash I paid for on my windshield. The other two times I paid $20 and basically received some soapy water and rinse. Don't waste your money or time here. read more
