We have had a monthly membership for two years when it was Take 5 Car Wash. When Tsunami acquired it, they changed their wash brushes. The brushes are very aggressive. On the third time going through it bent off the back panel of my car. I submitted a claim - and quickly got the "sorry" but we can't determine if it happened at Tsunami. Denied. I actually submitted the video that the manager pulled up showing my car driving in, no damage. Conveniently, the camera when you drive out is "broken" so they don't capture the condition of the car leaving. Therefore, they can't determine if it was from the car wash. What a terrible place. Do not get a car wash here. The brushes are too aggressive. read more

The wash itself is ok but trying to pay is very frustrating! The machine never works. I purchased a monthly use sticker and it was apparently entered into the system incorrectly so it didn't work and the only thing the employees could do was shrug. The vacuums are not maintained well so half of them are never working so you'll have to move your car to vacuum both sides. I hate that I have to travel to use Jilly's but it's a far superior establishment. read more

A car in front of me was stuck, I hit the car in front of me, the car behind me hit me. I was honking my horn for minutes, car wash was never shut down. Filled out incident report, after multiple calls, notes left and being hung up on by manager, I call again and was told it was my fault!! Unacceptable! Worst business ever!! Canceled my plan! Take 5 car wash on Silvernail dr. in Pewaukee is always closed . I think they mean Take 5 days off. Lots of frustrated customers that cant get their cars washed when they are full of salt . They also NEVER got back to me when the wash damaged my vehicle after telling me to fill out a report , send pictures and wait for us to get back to you . The customer service is non existent not to mention they're almost always closed . I would recommend any other car wash membership over a Take 5 membership , the company is a big disappointment. read more

Newly opened in the last couple of months. Staff was very friendly and proactive in assisting their customers. Drove up to the selfpay station and they came out and explained everything, took my credit card, and showed me, by doing, how payment was done. So helpful. Drive through was great. Car came out squeaky clean. They have self operated floor mat cleaning stations. Just throw the mat in and a little bit later it drops out clean. Also have compressed air for additional fine touching. Vacuums of course. While we were finishing up they even came out to check and see how things were going and if we had any questions. Very willing to chat and assist. Will be back. read more

Never open I've had a membership for a year I've maybe been able to wash my car 4 times. Due to them always being closed. Do not come here 250$ for 4 washes not worth it. If it was as advertised I would love it but this place will bust in a few years and hopefully a respectable owner takes over read more

Coast was running a promotion. Buy a premium car wash, for $18, get a car wash free. I paid for my premium car wash and the receipt did not include the code (which jammed in the printer). When I returned to get my free car wash this is when I realized to find that my code had not been included and...I was out of luck. There was "nothing" they could do. But corporate is failing here in WI - and doesn't care about the customers who have memberships. We can not get ahold of anyone, we know that employees from OH are running the Pewaukee location. Following up here... Still not wearing any masks when there is inside customer contact. Signed up for the PLATINUM unlimited plan with the understanding that there would monthly email invoicing. With today's electronic information highway, how hard is it to send an email every month? I've stopped in 4 separate days this week and have been told it will be done today. Well still haven't received it. Workers at store are very untrained at accessing computer records and have no answers. Maybe I'll be cancelling before I even get started. Next step will be to call credit card and withhold the charges. Wash is adequate but there are better ones. Hoping things can get worked out, they get their heads together and I get the emailed invoice. No invoice will require me to cancel and move on to an organized business. read more

After using them the first time my factory installed front bug shield was ripped off the hood of my Toyota Truck they would not stand behind there own advertised statement of repairing factory installed items I will never go back. A $9 car wash and an $800 repair bill. . . .Coast Car Wash, Pewaukee WI Check your car carefully before and immediately after the car wash. My side directional light blew off and caused small dents and scratches. Brought the car back within the hour. Filed report and took pictures. They admitted that their video showed the light blowing off, but said their equipment could not have caused the additional damage around the light. Hmmmm Light was being slapped around very hard by red brushes and red paddles. I was not allowed to see the video. I am out $800 as they have decided they have no liability. I noticed there were two other reviews saying they had damage done to their car. Wish I would have checked reviews first. read more

I have taken my cars there in the past. So I decided to take my new Car to the new Coast on Silvernail a couple weeks ago. Everything was fine. I entered the wash on March 1, 2020 and the car wash brush grabbed the rear wiper and broke it off. I go back to the attendant and enter a claim and he returns my broken wiper arm. He informed me the office would contact me within 72 hours. That's a red flag right there. Not good customer service if they can't handle a claim within 24hrs after patronizing their establishment. Jamie contacted me to tell me Coast will not pay for replacing the wiper because she said it was a factory defect. My new car since late Fall of 2019 has been in numerous car washes with no problem. My family will never bring any of our seven vehicles to Coast car wash again. read more

This car wash doesn't rinse off all soap and your vehicle comes out so wet that you have to dry it off yourself. Don't bother going here.

The assistants at this car wash do not wear masks and they get close to the car when the window is down. I am hesitant to use it again since I am high risk if I get the coronavirus. Otherwise, the car wash does a good job but I don't think I can risk going there again (I wore a mask). read more
