In July, I noticed a withdrawal from "car wash". - JUST "CAR WASH" I called the phone number to find out who "car wash" was. I went that day and the ladies remembered me... ( maybe they don't have a huge clientele in wheelchairs) I went through all their hoops to be reimbursed for 4 months. I figured that it wouldn't be a problem, as I didnt use their services after the day I canceled. ( They didn't cancel my membership) I was told by Tonya through email that it wasn't their fault they didn't cancel the membership when I personally went in & was told it was canceled. They refused to make it right but did refund 1/2 of what they owed me. I was seriously thinking about opening my membership again...just because the ladies in the on site office were so awesome... BUT if this is how they do business, I don't want any part of them. If you do business with Take 5 in Munford, BEWARE. Corporate is DIRTY. UPDATE: "Owner" left a comment on my Google review requesting I call a number... After many attempts, I finally got a person to talk to. This person "passed me up the line to someone who has the authority to correct this". I got another email from Tonya. Still claiming it was my fault they didn't cancel my membership. (So much for "call this number so we can make it right") This "Owner" left a number to save face. - BE WARE - OWNER DOESN'T CARE. Hey "Owner" if you want to make it right, call me. The younglady gave me options when I needed to purchase the dash wipes and glass wipes because each had a different purpose such as cleaning or protecting. This particular location is older, but I like the fact that the wipers clean a little better and the dryers blow strong. I have always received great service I recommend buying the monthly pass it's a great value if you drive thru 3 times it would cost you more than the unlimited. I drive thru atleast 3 times a week and it's awesome to always have a clean ride. If you are set up on auto draft which I think is the only way they do the pass or I guess you could pay by the year, anyway if you trade vehicles they should be able to pull your account up and delete your old pass sticker and issue you a new one I never have any problems.

Nothing more than you would expect from self-service. If you are doing one of the basic packages, they won't wipe down your consoles or windows well or at all. Literally. I asked someone to just wipe the handles and side door pockets to get dirt/dust, and they told me that would be a detail and would cost more. So, for the same price, you can go to Mr. pride (as bad a rap as it gets) and actually have your inside taken care of, windows done, consoles wiped down, and handles and side doors cleaned. Or, go to self-service and pay half and get more done yourself. Won't make the trip here anymore.
