I used a damp wash cloth to soften the stain and proceeded to vacuum until a man came out of the store in a rage screaming at me like I was a 7 year old kid. He yelled at me l asking me if I knew the vacuums cost 10,000 dollars and told me that a wet/damp floor would ruin them. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I have PTSD from an incident that happened as a child and avoid loud noises at all costs, never would I have thought I would be yelled at by an employee while minding my business and cleaning my car. Once I got into my car I was shaking and crying because of how he handled the situation and raised his voice at me. I am an educated woman completing a degree at Ohio University, simply telling me to stop what I was doing would do the trick. I can't believe the disrespect I experienced at this facility today. I would not do business with them or bring kids near the facility if you want to keep your children out of a business with such toxic masculinity and aggression.

After I waited for a car to turn around in front of me, I was blocked in by another. I went to the office to ask why they were closed early. They stated they closed early for cleanup, they were behind because they had been busy. While I was there from 7:55-7:58 5 customers were turned away. If closing time is 8pm, then the wash needs to be open until 8pm. I passed back by at 8:29pm, on my way home, there was no one there, so this "extensive" cleanup took less than 30min and lost at least 5 customers business.
