Overheard the employee telling the car ahead of me who was also complaining about the express lane always being closed that they close it off as it "causes too many problems". He was slightly rude asking why i called today, not yesterday. I told him because he was closed. He asked what time so he could watch the cameras as well as asked to personally see it. So i drove down there to show him. I thought he was just looking at it, but he pulled on my fuckin mirror and broke it even more. Now the damages are even more! He told me since the glass was previously broken he is NOT going to fix my mirror nor give me any info. He told me to have my insurance involved if i wanted. He was VERY rude and unprofessional. I than told him he would lose my service since he is being rude. He than replied "i rather lose service than pay $300 for your damn mirror". It's nice to know that someone rather lose a customer that goes there quite a bit than fix a mirror for $300. April 29th, right after it happened. Just snapped, no wires hanging down.
