The owners put up signs saying they are not responsible, which is bull. all I wanted was to get my car washed today for $20 and ended up paying $800 for new tires, rims are going to cost me close to $1,500 for the stock ones. They denied that their car wash could have possibly caused these damages. This is a blatant lie. I have a nice car and take very good care of it. It was unprofessional for them not to own up to their own faults and shortcomings. DO NOT let them wash your car unless you plan on getting a new paint job. I also find it hilarious that they have scratch removal listed as a service when they completely stripped off the clear coat on my roof and scratched my hood and trunk to pieces and refuse to do anything about it. It's a shame. Poor ethics, poor business choices, and poor character will drive a business into the ground. Is it really that hard to do the right thing? Apparently so.
