When I foolishly slid my car into a snowy ditch the first snow of the winter season just outside of Fostoria, Reinhart was there with roadside assistance. When I smacked my car into a deer on the 613, who helped me get back into my car when I couldn't open the driver's side door? That's right...Reinhart. So for the year and a half that I've been in Ohio, they've helped me out significantly in a timely and friendly manner. I'm not praying I get into another situation that requires them, but if I do, I hope it's somewhere close to Fostoria!

This place is just appalling to deal with. first off they are just out to take advantage of people,…read morebefore you get into a tizzy let me explain. On a dark winters night my husband was on his way to work, it had been raining for some time now, as a matter of fact it had been raining for many days. He took his normal route to work and spotted the high water sign, now mind you, My husband works third shift and it was dark, and by the time he had hit the water it was to late, the van had stalled ca-chunk-dead it was bricked. Luckily there were people home not far from where he had hit the water and a nice gentleman loaned my husband a pair of wading boots and went and got his truck and pulled him out. Now by this point unbeknownst to my husband, the nice gentleman's wife had called the sheriff to come and take care of the rest of the "situation". So Said Sheriff arrives gives my husband absolutely 0 time to call anyone and just calls Reinhart to make the tow. Now My husband had not asked for said sheriff to do so, and when Reinhart arrived my husband made sure to inform both of the gentlemen in the cab of the truck that he didn't have money for their services. Now one cannot feign stupidity here and tell me well I didn't know that meant he didn't want towed! They went ahead and put the van up on the flatbed anyhow. So my husband asked them to stop by the house so he could drop off his things and also he wanted the van dropped here. now this is where I came in. I came out side to say the least at this point I was beyond livid, and told them that what they were doing wasn't right and they knew it. That in order for me to pay this whole bill up front I was going to have to forgo buying groceries for my children and I would have to forgo my lupus medication and my fibromyalgia medication and my migraine medication. One of the "men" told me if you can't handle your finances that's your fault, yes because I went and got sick just to screw up our finances... (eye roll) So at this point I told them isn't there a payment plan we can set up then he accused me of trying not to pay my bills. That's when my father in law came out and told them that what they were trying to charge us for the tow was ridiculous and the other guy told my f-i-l to go out and buy a $65.000 rollback then you can go and charge people what ever fees you want. see what I mean just out right rude. so if you can help it please do not do business with these people.

I walked in thinking I had an appointment on the roster because I'd scheduled it through the Monro…read morewebsite. Turns out the website doesn't forward reservation information to this store and to make matters worse the phone number on the website is wrong. Stick to Google, that data is accurate and call the store to make a reservation. Thankfully, when I walked in at 3:30 on New Year's Eve 2024, they weren't busy. I expressed the frustration I had with my wife's car pulling to the right despite a recent alignment elsewhere (that other location has been hit/miss on alignments before so I was unsure) . They put the car on the alignment rack and verified it's straight which meant the car had a radial pull (damaged belt causing incorrect tire shape at speed) which would explain why it got worse the faster the car travels. Chris the store manager was friendly, and was quick to grab an impact himself and help the crew get the tire swap done in what had to be the fastest service I've ever seen (all four tires off and back on in under 20 minutes). It helped being the only customer there (showing up just a couple hours before close on the last day of the year) I'm sure. The website inventory listed more affordable tires and so the sticker shock hurt a bit, but frankly after the 45 minute drive home in pouring rain, I'm grateful that all they actually had in our size was the "Cooper Endeavor Plus", their grip in the wet and cornering at speed finally makes the car drive the way it was intended with a 65k mileage warranty, and the cheap Chinese Lexani tires the previous owner put on it are a distant memory. Plus with lifetime mount and balance, rotations are included, which will be nice. I will be back in the future.

However, I was particularly let down by the car wash situation. When I scheduled the service, I requested a car wash, and the service advisor assured me it would be included. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was informed that it couldn't go through their automated wash. I understand that certain vehicles may not be compatible, but I was disappointed that no alternative was offered. A simple hand wash would have been a thoughtful gesture and would have greatly improved my overall experience. It feels like a broken promise, and it left me feeling dissatisfied. Regrettably, this is the second Subaru dealership in my experience that has fallen short on their promised commitments. Edit: Spoke with Noah, he very quickly resolved the issue!
