However, I was particularly let down by the car wash situation. When I scheduled the service, I requested a car wash, and the service advisor assured me it would be included. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was informed that it couldn't go through their automated wash. I understand that certain vehicles may not be compatible, but I was disappointed that no alternative was offered.
