Even though it turned off for over half an hour, we decided to play it safe and turned back for about 20 minutes to reach a nearby auto shop. They told us we'd have to wait two to three hours to be seen. I called another place, but they had closed over a year ago. Then my sibling found Cooper Services on Google. I called them, explained the situation, and they said they could help us right away. When we arrived, I gave them my information and keys, and they started working on the car immediately. They found a large bolt stuck in my tire and put on a high-quality patch that should last for two years. They explained what kind of patch they used and how they fixed it (with a demonstration). The staff was so kind and understanding, and thanks to them, we got home much earlier than expected. They made both my twin and me feel at ease, and my family too. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their community. I wish I lived closer, because I'd always go to them for car issues. The whole repair cost less than $40. Not because they found more damage, but the first guy mess up the quote. Now they refuse to honor their quote. Classic bait and switch. I am not satisfied with my tires, I might say they were very expensive, My passenger rear tire blew…read moreout and when I went to the NTB where I bought them, before I did I looked my tires up on the Internet and saw that the Cooper Discover RTX tires were on recall but my dot number did not match the recall, they gave me all kinds of reasons how the tire blew, none of which were so. NTB wouldn't honor their warranty and they said I would have to buy a new tire at full price. I did not hit anything, run over anything in fact I was stopped waiting to make a turn when I heard a pop and a whooshing sound. When I stopped to see what it was I was surprised to see the tire was flat considering the tires only had 3,000 miles on them but on further inspection it blew the inside wall out. the outside of the tire and treads looked fine. The gentleman that took the tire off said that by the grace of God I was still here. I am attaching a photo of the damaged tire. I will wait for you response..If I don't hear from you I will take further action to get some satisfaction. a very unhappy disappointed costumer.
