While…read moreI was already trapped in the car wash line between other vehicles and the tunnel, an employee (ID 1002053) approached me in an unfriendly manner ("How did you get in here?") and insisted I place the pass sticker on the outside of my windshield. When I explained I preferred not to put stickers on my car, he threatened to cancel my pass unless I put it on the outside of my windshield immediately. There was no courtesy, no explanation of whether this was a new enforcement, and no basic customer respect. If this policy is truly so strict, it should be clearly explained when customers are being encouraged to purchase the pass at the kiosk--not delivered as a threat after you're already stuck in line. After many visits with no previous issue, this was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience cost them a loyal customer.
