She was also very rude when I tried explaining what I wanted. If you try to argue that she made a mistake then she'll just giggle and say she didn't. I work in customer service and the number one rule is to listen to the customer. I would give this place ZERO stars but since I have to rate it something I'm gonna give it one since it is probably one of the only places in Selma that you can go to for eyebrow threading. Nonetheless, the owners should really think about hiring a new threading lady or speaking to their current one about how to properly do her work. I am sure she has some potential if she tried.

First time it was around a rating out of 3.0 out of five but now it's below par. The Indian chick seems nice but very quiet. But her work speaks for itself, and it spoke that, "I am lazy". Also seems to rush the work too much so you (customer) can leave so she can get back into her social media binge. My right eyebrow didn't match my left one and still needed touch ups on the outside. I met Anna the owner when her daughter came into my business and we got to chatting and I discovered she is an esthetician and owner of this little charming mini spa. I liked her right from the start and was very curious about getting a facial. So today was my first visit and wow I am super impressed!! My skin looks and feels amazing and I'm super happy! She did a lot to my skin for being a mini facial and the price was PERFECT!! I also had her give me eyebrow wax and that was also amazing best wax in a lot long time! She is very quick and gentle, you know how waxing can be, she's amazing! She also does spray tans and I'm already booked for that!! One thing she did which I thought was super sweet is she gave me some very generous samples if her skin care line. Which all smell amazing! Biggest thing for me is cleanliness! She is on point!! 2nd location and parking. Location is not in my normal Clovis area, but..... not everything has to be in Clovis! Lol I've been missing out! Her location is easy to find and excellent parking! Now her place is more homey than a medical clinical atmosphere and decor, but trust me once she gets started none of that matters!! I could cry about how bad my brows were…read more.. I went in on an early Saturday morning. One lady was working, so I had no other option and I had never been here before anyways and wouldn't have known difference. I explain to her that I like my brows THICK and only need some cleanup. Problems: - They had no brow brush! like NOTHING! All she did before was ask me if she wanted me to wipe them off first....DUH!!! - She begins and I start to hear SO MUCH HAIR COME OFF! Before, I told here just a cleanup, please. - I tell her to STOP, she gives me a mirror and I instantly say "OH NO"! t -There was no shape to the brow at all! NO straight lines! NO accurate arch and the "cleanup" needed so much work. -Luckily, I ALWAYS have a brow brush with me and finding it now was a must. I take it out, brush them and my disappointment grows. -Now, I take the mirror and my brush, physically show her on the next brow WHAT NOT TO TOUCH and what to "clean up". -I had to tell her to thread my middle brow. She sees how sad I am about the first brow and takes my direction a bit better. I leave with mismatching brows. One has the shape and thickness I am used to, while the other is circular with a wack wannabe arch. So now I have to draw the one on HELLA more and wait or it to grow back in. Basically, DON'T GO HERE if you love your brows.

I got stuck in traffic so I was a bit late & Ripsy was super nice & accommodating, even though they closed at 7. Which I was so appreciative of. She didn't rush me or anything. The whole process took about 30 minutes, I thought that was pretty fast & convenient. I had a really pleasant experience & will for sure go back for another.
