I would give it 100 stars if I could! This was our favorite food out of our entire three week trip. There are almost no words to describe how amazing the food, environment, and service was at TaiTU. I've had ethipian food numerous amounts of times, and this was by far the best of any restaurant. TaiTU's food was flavorful, filling, healthy, savory, and unique. We ordered the chicken and vegetarian plate, and there was not a crumb left on our table. The owner is SO friendly and lovely to be around. You can really see the effort that she has put into her business. If you are thinking of trying ethopian food or going here--I promise that you will not be disappointed! One of the best meals I've ever had and cannot wait to go back to Spain to eat here again. Everything was fresh and delicious and worth the wait, which wasn't long. We both ordered a meat dish (one chicken and one beef) and were playfully fighting over the crumbs. The sides are plentiful and the injera bread is outstanding. The wine is only 3 Euros so drink up. read more
