It definitely did not disappoint! I had a bit of a hard time finding this place as it's in an industrial area and kind of hiding, but it was worth the journey. For my drink, I ordered the blackberry smash, which was a mule with a fruity twist. It was delicious and much stronger than other drinks I've had in this area. For my meal, I went with the highly-acclaimed fish and chips, which did indeed live up to their hype. The fish was perfectly fried and the fries had a good bite to them. I also really enjoyed the fry sauce that tagged along with the dish. Our server was also wonderful and made helpful suggestions throughout the meal. This was a great experience and I would definitely return for future meals when I'm in the area!

NOT A BREWERY EXPERIENCE…read more We stopped in expecting a typical brewery experience and were disappointed. We came specifically to try a flight, but were told that alcohol could only be served if we ordered food. That's understandable, but when I offered to order an appetizer, we were then told we could only get one beer with it, not a flight. The whole interaction felt unwelcoming, like our business wasn't really wanted. We would have happily ordered an appetizer and multiple beers, but instead were essentially told to just get beer to-go. We've visited almost every brewery in the state of Utah and hundreds of breweries across the country, so we're very familiar with how they typically operate. Being told this was "state law" felt misleading or, at the very least, poorly explained. Also worth noting: they close at 9 PM every night, which is quite early for a place presenting itself as a brewery. In our opinion, this is much more of a restaurant than a brewery, and it would be better advertised that way. Thankfully, we found a nearby spot (Station 2 Bar by Zion Brewery) that was far more accommodating and gave us the brewery experience we were looking for

Ask the girl at the counter if they had any coffee and she turned around and looked at the pot on a little burner and said yeah and I said oh well but you've got a coffee machine barista machine yes, but it's not working. I said okay I'll just take some brewed coffee. She pulls out a soda cup for soda and wants to put the coffee in that I said. Oh, I don't think that's going to work. That's for soda. I could probably melt the cup and I'll get wax in my coffee. The other girl said oh no, I put coffee in that all the time. It's fine. I'm a coffee drinker. I drink a lot of to-go coffee. I do know the kind of cups that coffee can be in. I saw a styrofoam cut that they had I said well. It's okay if you put the coffee in that and then I'll just add ice to it. They did offer to refund my purchase or give me a pastry. So I just took the iced coffee and sat down waiting for the rest of my party, the one girl was was very argumentative. The other girl was very sweet and willing to try to help me so I just took my coffee and sat down. Just observing both girls were sitting on what looked like the butcher counter on their phones taking pictures. I don't know if that's where food is prepared and I don't think I can post pictures on this review. Seemed kind of confused about what it was they needed to be doing but would sit on that butcher block counter when they weren't helping. Customers also notice that when cutting bread to give to customers for samples didn't wash hands before doing it and didn't wear gloves, I don't think I'll be going back.
