There is no high pressure sale here, just time to sit and play before you choose or wait for the next litter. I met with Melissa, she asked me what I was looking for and brought out a few. Through just a few verbal and visual cues we were able to help Maggie understand that she did not have to be the leader, and that we would take care of her. I have borded my dog with him and he returns him days after the agreed time. He is often late sometimes by hours for appointments. I have asked him in writing to remove my name and reccomandation form his website he won't. Erich is great at finding you a dog but it is the after care that counts. Erich fails in this department. I would never use him again!
