I was very specific about the details--monogram placement, font, and even requested that my name be done in all lowercase. Unfortunately, every item was done incorrectly. The monogram on the scarf was placed upside down (so when worn, it read incorrectly), and both the sweatshirt and pajamas were embroidered in the wrong font and not in lowercase as requested. When I brought this to their attention, I was told the original items could not be corrected and would need to be replaced and re-embroidered. To their credit, they agreed to repurchase the items. However, when I returned to pick them up, none of the items had been embroidered at all--and the pajamas provided were not even the correct pair. At that point, I requested a refund for the embroidery services I never received. I was told the employee present was unable to process a refund. I had to insist on getting something in writing stating that I would be refunded, but I have little confidence this will actually happen. I have not received a phone call, email, or any other communication to try to rectify the issue or send a refund. I've since filed a dispute with my bank. Between the repeated errors, lack of attention to detail, and inability to resolve the issue properly, this was an incredibly frustrating experience--especially given that these items were meant for a special occasion. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. The level of inaccuracy and lack of follow-through here is simply unacceptable.

I'm not sure. But a queen size comforter cost $15 to wash which isn't bad. Usually I can pick up my items the next day and you also pay when you come back. She and the manager didn't hesitate to provide assistance. The manager asked how much laundry I had and what could be combined. Another employee told me how the machines worked and what was available to use. They pointed out the various sizes of machines and made recommendations on what I needed to use. As I brought in my 2nd basket, I spilled my bottle of fabric softener all down my coat, pants, shoe and the floor. I felt so bad that I made a mess but the manager just told me he would clean it and then had me put my winter coat in a washer, which he comped. The people there helped me with loading soap and fabric softener and showed me how to pay for the wash and start the machines. They made this such a great experience and they knew this was a one-time visit (I think)! In addition, this place is clean with nice music, and TVs. I would highly recommend going here whether it's a weekly event or a one-time thing like mine. Have had a couple of issues through the years with damaged property with dry cleaning that was rectified. BUT this recent time they destroyed a button on multiple shirts of mine. So this was obviously from the cleaning process. They wanted me to pay for the replacement. Just because they put they aren't liable for damages on the ticket doesn't make it true, they still are. Fortunately for them buttons are negligible in costs and not worth anybody's time to take it to a legal level. They've lost a long time customer. Poor business practice.
