The groomer said he was a bit matted and she would have to cut it shorter than usual which we said was fine. Imagine our shock and horror when we went to pick him up and she had completely shaved him other than his tail which was fluffy. It was so bad we would not have recognized him except for his collar. In February, she developed an eye ulcer and I was sure I would have to cancel my trip. I called and told them what was happening and asked if it would be possible for them to administer the eye drops every day. They were so accommodating! They made sure she got extra attention because she couldn't play with the other dogs and updated me every evening on how it was going. She came home happy and healthy. I would highly recommend them.
