I have never been Sport Clip nor have I allowed someone else aside my regular barber [who was out of town for the holidays] work on my head. For my first experience at Sport Clip, I will say the waiting time was none existant. When I got in and signed in, the stylist I had chosen called me in. The MVP haircut experience includes, the haircut. Once that is completed, they take you to a another room where you get your hair shampooed and while they are washing your hair, you will have a warm, essential oil coated towel on your face AND the chair is a massage chair. After all that is done, they top it off with shoulder and neck massage. My all experience was quite relaxing and I was not expecting to receive that kind of MVP haircut experience. My stylist Erika was great. She definitely pays attention to details and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are well taken care of. I would definitely recommend her. I could see myself returning in other emergency situations. For now, thank you for the special treatment and it's great to now have a backup barbershop I trust.

So he asked about the wait, and one of the hair stylist was leaving which put him waiting another hour. So the lady came back and cut my dad's hair. And you can tell it was done by someone who was in a hurry and only cared about getting out of there! It looks terrible and he will be back tomorrow to complain! They shouldn't have let him leave like that!
