    Gyoza Dumplings

I had heard many good things about this place. I'm glad to say they were correct. I loved it. The sushi and sashimi were fresh and tasty. We had the salmon and yellowtail sashimi, eel nigiri, eel avocado roll, spicy tuna roll, and the firework roll which had spicy salmon and avocado and topped with spicy tuna. Very good. The edamame and tuna tataki appetizers were amazing. My son liked the gyoza dumpling. This is a milestone because he has never shown much interest in Asian food. He also liked the beef satay from the kids menu. For dessert we had the fried ice cream. It was good but I've had better. I would reorder everything except that. Still, it was good. Service was phenomenal. Our servers was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be back. They have free valet parking.

Despite its name, this is a Chinese restaurant that also serves sushi... like most in PR. Came here with the family, which also included my parents. We had made a reservation. That ended up being a good call because a large party arrived later. The vibe of the restaurant is nice and chill. Good spot for a date, but also family friendly. They have two TV screens behind the bar, which were televising some soccer matches ( right there we have a good start). Our server was super the whole night. I didn't catch his name. He later left to take care of the large party and his replacement was just as friendly and attentive. Beer wise there was nothing special, your traditional macrobrews with Sapporo added to the mix. No craft beer. We started off with edamame, tuna tatami, and pork dumplings. The dumplings were fine, nothing special. The edamame and tuna, on the other hand, were bomb. The edamame came unseasoned. They provided a side of salt. The tuna tataki was beautifully presented. It came over a bed of tomatoes and seaweed salad and a side of avocado. The taste matched the presentation. This is a must order, imo. For the main course, I went with the General Tso's Chicken with fried rice. The chicken came over a serving of broccoli. I'm not a fan of soggy or mushy broccoli. I like it al dente. That is how this broccoli came. I loved it. The chicken and the rice were also very good. I would order this again. We also ordered a variety of sushi. I'm not much of a sushi guy but the ones I tasted I liked, especially the eel. Overall, the experience was great. Food and service were on point, even the parking attendant was friendly. I would recommend and return.

Special Item: Fujiyama Roll (topped with crab and salmon; baked)

This place has limited parking but offers a valet area. The staff was friendly and our waitress was attentive and accommodating. We started with the Shumai (shrimp dumplings). They had a nice shrimp flavor and the texture was very good. But to only get five small (~quarter sized) dumplings for $6 is a bit underhanded. Next we had the Vietnamese Spring Rolls, which came garnished with a small, lettuce salad in a creamy dressing and a bit of octopus. The spring rolls and salad were refreshing and tasty. The pricing here again seemed a bit much for what we got. I didn't think it was worth the $8 price tag for two spring rolls (halved) and some ice berg lettuce. Last we had the Fujiyama Roll. The pieces of the roll were very small; about half the size of what was expected. That was very disappointing considering the $18 price tag for this one roll. The flavor of the roll was good but not $18 good. This excessive price (along with the other item prices) is why I've selected 3 stars for this review. I would not recommend this place based on the pricing. The food tasted good and offered some nice flavors but the amount of food for the charged price was not fair. The experience did not make up for the pricing.

This is the best Asian restaurant in Guaynabo. The sushi is excellent, soups are very good, fried hose rice is to die for!

It's tough to find a good Asian restaurant here-- and this one is a gem in Guaynabo. Prices are on the higher end, but we finally found the place to get both our sushi and Chinese food fix! Location Along a busy neighborhood street. Simple, yet clean interior. Valet parking available. Service Friendly and accommodating staff that speak both Spanish and English. This Asian-owned establishment has been serving the community for 15 years Food Highly recommend the Sakura sushi (no rice), garlic scallops. My kids also loved their udon and wonton soups and their orange chicken. Definitely coming back!

Great food, good service, nice ambience. Nice variety. The sushi was great with fresh fish and the hot and sour soups are the best.

Each main order came with fried rice and fries (the tostones were a side order). Everything was so much more fragrant than American Chinese take out. It got a bit crowded and there is limited seating inside, ambiance isn't anything terribly special. There are maybe 10 or so tables. Even during the rush we got our food in around 10 minutes. Extremely reasonable prices as well. Panda express has nothing on this place!!

There were decent amount of people inside dining, but seems that most people take it to-go. The staff is very efficient in taking orders. They do speak Spanish primarily even though they are Asian. The lines goes quick. I opted to the PEPPER STEAK mini combo. I personally think the mini size is just right for the average eater. A standard size will definitely have leave you with leftover unless you eat a lot. It's quite a decent portion of food. I did enjoy the food. Some can say that the flavoring for the pepper steak is a tad bit salty, but I thought it was okay. I was able to finish the mini size, but it left me bloated. I shared a 12 piece garlic TOSTONES with my friends. It comes out warm with a decent amount of garlic, so you can definitely taste it. The tostones itself is flat, crunchy and filling. After my experience here, I can see why it's popular. You really get a large portion for your meal that's priced fairly. The flavors are good. Service is quick.
