You can quickly recognize that she is levels above most other practitioners and the result of that is you leave the place with a body that feels 100 times better than it did when you walked in. Kendra listened to everything I told her about my aches and pains and she went right in and found all the spots. She absolutely knows what she's doing. We talked about pressure and adjusted just once, really. I flinched at the tight spots that were giving me a problem and she adjusted to work on them without just going in to apply more pressure and make it hurt (I know y'all know what I'm talking about with some masseuses using that approach). It was relaxing and therapeutic and left me happy and walking on clouds afterwards. Oh, and the heated table, with addition of heated (rice?) bags FINALLY kept me warm during a massage. My body temperature drops when I get a massage and I'm ALWAYS cold. It was 75 degrees outside...it could have been 90....and I'd still be cold during a massage. But this time...ohhh...heaven. And fyi, the location was perfection for me. After the massage, I walked across the plaza to FiftyFifty Brewing and bought a bottle of their stout (would have had lunch but it was kinda late), then headed 1/2 mile over to the Raley's ONE for groceries before heading the hour & 15 min drive to Downieville.
