I went in again and she wanted to fix it by doing a relaxer which at first she told me it would damage my hair. So she did the relaxer on my hair. Not STRAIGHT as she said it would be. And I asked her several times throughout the process of it was going to be straight and she assured me that it would be. I just had a baby 2.5 months ago and I haven't had the best self esteem so I thought it would be a good thing to do for myself. I wanted to get a perm on my very long hair. I had not cut it since 2012 when I retired. Needless to say I didn't do much with it either. Frankly it was in Very bad condition and I hated it. I had promised my husband when I retired I would let it grow, and so I did. If I tried to curl it withing 10 minutes it was straight again. So I thought maybe a perm would help. So I went to see Debbie. The poor girl spent hours rolling my hair. (look at the picture she has posted) Once done it was better, but it was so heavy it still pulled a lot of the curl out. I still hated it. I finally convinced my husband that it would look better if I had some of it cut. He agreed. However since Debbie had worked so hard and stressed out so much, I was hesitant to call her I didn't want to hurt her feelings. It wasn't her fault I didn't like my hair. She did everything right. A couple of weeks went by and Debbie called me to check up and see how I was liking my perm. (In over 50 years I have never had a hair dresser call me just to see how I liked what they had done) I admitted I didn't like like it and wanted to get it cut shorter. She was very OK with that so I made another appointment with her. I am so happy I did. I now love my hair again. It is so easy to care for and always looks great. I sure hope she doesn't plan on retiring EVER! (Just kidding) I will never go to another hairdresser as long as she is around.

I really loved my 90 minutes here and she is a true artist, who loves her work.
