The $74.99 plus tax dish. Forgot the name
    Henrietta A.

Wasn't a fan of the sausage. Regret ordering this. $80 down the drain. Lamb chops were good should have just ordered smaller meals. I came here with my significant other and put two kids and figured this would have been perfect. The only good thing on this dish was the lamb chops, chicken, and the cubes of meats which I think was lamb or beef. Rice was ok. Came with a big salad. Wasn't a fan of the dressing. Might come again but definitely won't waste my money on this dish again. The one server was really nice. Wish I could have left a tip but it slipped my mind since you pay first then get your food and eat. We were the only ones dining in. Don't think many ppl know this place exist. We landed on it by the luck of a draw.

    Seafood Tagine! Absolutely delicious!

We tried both the Seafood Tagine and the Chicken Tagine! The food here tastes so amazing it's hard to explain! At first bite, my tastebuds was like....WOW! I had to ask which culture this was and learned the food was Moroccan. The ambience makes you feel that you just stepped into another country if only for a moment in time and we loved it! I will admit the Seafood Tagine is enough for two people so there will be leftovers but if you are hungry you can handle it all. The salads were fresh with romaine, tomatoes, cucumbers and the dressing with delicious as well if you like a good olive oil Greek based vinaigrette. The service was great too and they offered excellent recommendations! We were so full that we missed the opportunity to try desserts/gelatos in the cafe but have to try the next time. It's worth the driving and not far from VA hospital or where 295 and Raeford Road meets if that helps. Planning to come back again and again!

However, if you need to eat gluten-free due to a medical condition like Celiac disease, please be very, very cautious. Although this establishment claims to offer gluten-free options, there seems to be a concerning lack of understanding of what "gluten-free" actually requires. I asked detailed questions before ordering and was assured that my selection was safe. After the food arrived--and after I had already started eating--I was then informed that while the crepe itself was gluten-free, the filling was not. That kind of distinction should be clearly communicated upfront, especially when a customer specifically asks about gluten-free options. Unfortunately, the same situation happened with my daughter, who also has celiac. To make matters worse, we were charged for both the incorrect meals and the replacements. In hindsight, I should have asked for a manager, but we were there to visit with a friend and I didn't want to make a scene. Our total for three people ended up being over $80 with the tip I still left. I understand that eating out always carries risk when you have dietary restrictions, and I ALWAYS try to approach it with patience and kindness. We were traveling, so we didn't have much choice. But if a restaurant says they offer gluten-free items, there needs to be a basic understanding (by the wait staff AND the kitchen cooks) of ingredients and clear communication. What should have been a fun outing turned into a weekend of being very sick. Just something to be aware of if you have to eat gluten-free for health reasons - this is probably not the spot for you.

We got the Thai curry crepe with chicken, cordon bleu crepe and a side poutine. The Thai curry crepe was the star of the meal, so flavorful chicken cooked perfectly with the crispy wontons chips for the perfect crunch. The poutine also was yum super crispy potatoes with ample gravy and cheese for each bite! Was wondering how the cordon bleu would be served, it's a whole deep fried crepe which was a tad bit salty just like the server said it would be idk why they wouldn't fix it if she was aware of it too, it felt a little dry but she did bring us extra Alfredo sauce for it when we mentioned it. Loved the vibe of the place, there's ample seating options, dining area/ bar/ as well as outdoor. While there is limited parking we found a spot since it was a weekday afternoon. Def will be back to try their drinks menu and brunch items.

We were seated fairly quickly and then had 4-5 servers ignore us for about 10-15 minutes until I finally had to flag someone down. She was very nice, but the fact that we had to flag someone down did not make them more attentive to our needs. It took another 25 (!) minutes for me to get my (average) latte. And then at least 60 minutes for us to get our food. We watched as food sat on the counter for so long, all servers ignoring it. I wanted to hop up and start delivering it to whichever tables were waiting for it! Food was fine but my teens were starting to get genuinely lightheaded waiting for over an hour. Absolutely bananas.

Walking in, it seemed kind of small, and we figured we'd have a few options. But looks were deceiving, with only a small frontage on the street, it's very deep, housing easily 20 or more restaurants. They offered the best variety of food ethnicities I've ever seen in one place. Restaurant options offered included a pizza shop, a deli, Italian, Mediterranean, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Mexican, burgers, a southern kitchen, a restaurant of just French fry options, and so much more. Wanting something sweet, they had ice cream, dessert crepe.....SO MANY OPTIONS. The variety was fantastic, and there was plenty of seating, both inside, and out. Staff were regularly, cleaning tables as people left, and bathrooms were well maintained.....the only downside, is you've got to decide where you're going to eat. I'd 100% return to this spot, such great variety, reasonable pricing and convenience.

According to Visit Raleigh, it occupies a repurposed, approximately 22,000-square-foot warehouse that was retrofitted into a communal food hall concept and opened in 2018. I used to work at One Glenwood and frequented it often. I returned again in late December to try Curry in a Hurry, one of the many vendors operating in the hall. The food hall features more than 20 distinct culinary concepts, ranging from casual eats to dessert vendors. Full-service kitchens, snack stalls, and beverage counters all operate under one roof, offering plenty of variety for nearly any craving. Some of the vendors I've ordered from include: Curry in a Hurry - Indian cuisine with bold, flavorful curries. The Chicken Kati Roll is Indian street food at its finest. Opa! - A little taste of Greece. My favorite order is the spanakopita (spinach pastry platter) paired with a Greek salad. Gym Tacos - Vibrant flavors inspired by Mexican street food. Iyla's Southern Kitchen - Authentic Southern comfort food. The Chicken and Waffles sandwich is especially good. In addition, there are many other stalls offering burgers, tacos, sushi burritos, other Mediterranean dishes, seafood, empanadas, desserts, and more. Beyond food, the hall includes two notable bars: The Arbor, which serves beer, wine, and cocktails, and Aunty Betty's, a cozy, gin-focused bar that adds to the venue's nightlife appeal. Morgan Street Food Hall is family-friendly, chic, and dynamic. With varied menus and multiple seating formats, it attracts a broad mix of locals, visitors, nearby office workers, and families. Inside, communal picnic-style tables encourage a lively, social atmosphere, while a large outdoor patio with string lighting creates a vibrant setting. There are also lounge areas indoors that feel more like a relaxed living room. The space works well for groups, families, date nights, casual meetups, and even takeout. It does get very crowded during peak periods, so it's best to plan ahead if you want to secure seating. When visiting with a group, you may need to stagger food orders to hold a spot. The location is within walking distance of downtown offices, residential developments, and other nightlife and dining venues, which helps explain its popularity. When I worked at One Glenwood, it was an easy walk. If you're not within walking distance, parking can be the main drawback. Street parking nearby is reasonably priced if you can find it, while surrounding lots tend to be more expensive. Even though I no longer work nearby, I still enjoy visiting Morgan Street Food Hall--even when it means paying for parking.

I had the Tuscan chicken crepe and my wife went with the French toast--both were very good, flavorful without being overcomplicated. Coffee held up as well; her French Kiss latte in particular gets a strong recommendation. We're not the simplest table (gluten, dairy, tree nuts, Alpha-Gal, diabetes), and the staff handled it confidently. They knew what to flag, what could be adjusted, and made the whole process easy without turning it into a long Q&A session. It's a small space inside, but there's plenty of outdoor seating, which helps a lot when the weather cooperates. Atmosphere leans more relaxed and social than family-focused--probably not ideal for small kids--but it's a great pick for meeting friends or a casual outing with a partner (or someone you're hoping becomes one). Good for: friends, casual dates Skip for: small kids Would come back.
