The first day I got it the wire cable to the battery was corroded and came undone and then less than a week later, it completely stopped running and here I am stuck with a golf cart that I can't move. I didn't know if I should fix it or how to get rid of it , or if I have to throw it out. I called a couple places and no one really wanted to listen to what I had went through or what my current situation was. No one cared. All they wanted to do is sell me a $10,000 or $20,000 golf cart . BUT then Chad answered the phone. He patiently listened to me and he actually cared! I was able to get the golf cart easily repaired for an affordable cost at my home because they sent John to repair the cart. John is a super honest guy another really special person. Chad made sure I was taking care of that. I can come back for any other services or for my next purchase which won't be a rip off but a quality cart with quality service. I was referred to Danny from Cinnabar, with a warning that he doesn't return calls, as well as from the Almaden Valley Country Club, also telling me Danny was difficult to get a hold of. Danny finally returned my call. We discussed dates, details, prices and delivery He went on and on about what his company does and how it grew and that he was very reputable...I could trust him.. I emailed him the specific details per his instructions. I didn't hear back from him so followed up, again with no response. I was reassured from one of his referrals he would deliver so I trusted that. My mistake for trusting someone I don't know first hand. Week before the Festival, I tried numerous times via email and phone calls to get a hold of Danny. Again, I trusted he would deliver on Friday as promised. Left several messages Friday and Saturday. At this point, we wouldn't rent anything else at short notice. He didn't have the decency or professionalism to return a call or email. We were counting on the carts for delivery of ice, wine, supplies, etc. to help throughout a very long day. Completely blown away at the audacity of his unprofessionalism, poor character and decency. Also furious because we were left in such a lurch. Needless to say, we humped everything in 100 degree weather, it was one of the hottest weekends in September, without golf carts...miserable. I would stay away from this company and will make sure everyone I can talk to will know how terrible his business manners are towards new customers.

It was a pleasure to deal with JJ on the phone and he sounded very knowledgeable with the question I had. After discussing some specifics, JJ offered to pick up my cart and had a driver at my house about 30 minutes after our conversation. Delivery and drop off were free of charge within a certain amount of miles from his shop. The cart was picked up on a Wednesday afternoon and battery swap was completed that same week on Friday at 11am. My cart was dropped off within an hour of the phone call. JJ dropped off my cart, explained the new gauges and how to charge the battery. JJ's had the most reasonable rate, great customer service and they were professional. They made the process very painless and I will continue to use them for any future golf cart needs.
