The technician they sent, Chris, was amazing; communicative, fast, and thorough. The service was extremely reasonably priced, I could see where he checked that the new tire was holding air, he was careful not to damage any paint or trim on my car, he torqued the lug nuts to spec, and the entire change was done in about 20 minutes. If I ever need anything like this again, I'll try this business first. They are also veteran-owned, which is nice.

I have used this nearby shop for several issues with my older car. Sonny is the service manager and…read morehe and Eric are always so helpful with addressing my issues. Each staff person that has helped me has been great. I must report that after having brakes done, one of the brake pads fell off. But , I returned to mavis and they immediately replaced the brake pad and rotor, standing by their warranties. After new struts, my convertible top would not work, but I found the electric line where the joining plug had separated and we just had to plug that back together. I think it separated as they had to move things to get to the struts and did not realize it. But it was an easy fix when we looked around . This shop has been my go-to place for all sorts of issues , and I have often called them my heros, because they have been so good to me. Mavis has all sorts of crazy warranties on stuff too, and you can go to any Mavis anywhere, if you need to check a warrantied part. I did that to check my new battery In another state and they were equally helpful. ( and my battery was fine) . Not many places can get you in and out on the same day you show up, but they sure try . Very pleased.

He was a thin built asian guy, real nice, pleasant, good customer service. Thanked him for speaking with me, and told him, i would be back. He said, "ok, see ya soon" Showed back up today 9/30/2026 I guess the other guy is off today and another guy was there, sorta heavy set guy with glasses. Mind you, these are my tires I bought online and paid for, sent to my home and my wheels. He walked in from the shop bay area, never looked at me once and asked what can he do for me. I realized this wasn't the same guy I spoke with prior. So I ask him, the same thing I asked the other guy, this dude told me $45 a tire! Most all places are $20-$25 to put a tire on your wheel. I told him. No thank you. I can definitely find a price better than that. Incredible!!! Straight Clown Action . My neighbor and others had warned me about doing business with Mavis with people there moving around prices to suit them. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Lack of integrity in a business is a deal breaker for me.
