Don't trust this company, Will starts a project with you and doesn't follow through with completely. My 3 bathroom counters are destroyed, Rodney Rhinehart started the prepping, sanded all bathroom counter tops. Will under bid this job thought he was only doing two bathrooms, I have 3 full bathrooms. So Will pulled from the job, he also did my shower stahl, he had some touch ups that needed to be fixed plus he didn't seal the shower when completed. Scheduled multiple follow ups but always came up with excuse, said he has colon issues and he was having a colonoscopy done. Unfortunately I am forced to get a lawyer. The damage is extremely noticeable. We have given him plenty of time to fix his damage. Please do not be fall for his kindness, he puts his personal life first, training for ufc fighting. I will be showing pictures. He doesn't know how to run a successful business. I ask what prepping they did on my bathroom counters, Will Gillis response was we only taped everything and used simple green. I didn't notice at the time, Rodney did more than that, he sanded them down to take the top surface off and the shine so product would stick. We remodel our home and realized our bathtub really needed upgrading and looking around at prices to buy and have the old one removed it started to get a little high. My wife reached out to will and his team and we scheduled a date, unfortunately our home didn't go on schedule and will was really flexible on getting us in when we were ready. He arrive on time in the scheduled date, his respectful manners when he arrived made you feel like a friend was coming to help you out. He gave us a timeline on how long he should be here and got right to work. He explained what he was doing and Once he finished I was in shock.
