I recently had the pleasure of working with Will Gillis from Tactical Refinishing, and I can't recommend him enough! Here are some key points from my experience: - Competitive Bidding: We received a few bids for our project, and Will's proposal was very competitive, especially considering it came with a 5-year labor warranty. It's great to see a vendor stand behind their work like that. - Honest Recommendations: Unlike another vendor who wanted to charge us for a complete bathroom redo, Will suggested reglazing the bathtub instead. This not only saved our clients a significant amount of money but also showcased his integrity and commitment to finding the best solution for us. - Exceptional Results: We had a cracked shower pan and a bathtub with paint chips, but Will worked his magic and made everything look brand new--as if nothing had ever happened. His craftsmanship is truly impressive. - Trustworthiness and Punctuality: Will was very trustworthy and punctual, qualities that are essential in our line of work. We appreciated that we could rely on him to show up when he said he would. - Future Collaborations: Based on this experience, we will definitely be adding Will to our list of trusted vendors moving forward. It's reassuring to know we have someone reliable to turn to for refinishing needs. Overall, I highly recommend Will Gillis and Tactical Refinishing for anyone looking for quality work at a fair price. You won't be disappointed! read more

Don't trust this company, Will starts a project with you and doesn't follow through with completely. My 3 bathroom counters are destroyed, Rodney Rhinehart started the prepping, sanded all bathroom counter tops. Will under bid this job thought he was only doing two bathrooms, I have 3 full bathrooms. So Will pulled from the job, he also did my shower stahl, he had some touch ups that needed to be fixed plus he didn't seal the shower when completed. Scheduled multiple follow ups but always came up with excuse, said he has colon issues and he was having a colonoscopy done. Unfortunately I am forced to get a lawyer. The damage is extremely noticeable. We have given him plenty of time to fix his damage. Please do not be fall for his kindness, he puts his personal life first, training for ufc fighting. I will be showing pictures. He doesn't know how to run a successful business. I ask what prepping they did on my bathroom counters, Will Gillis response was we only taped everything and used simple green. I didn't notice at the time, Rodney did more than that, he sanded them down to take the top surface off and the shine so product would stick. I'm so sad that they lied to my face and made promise to complete the job read more

We remodel our home and realized our bathtub really needed upgrading and looking around at prices to buy and have the old one removed it started to get a little high. My wife reached out to will and his team and we scheduled a date, unfortunately our home didn't go on schedule and will was really flexible on getting us in when we were ready. He arrive on time in the scheduled date, his respectful manners when he arrived made you feel like a friend was coming to help you out. He gave us a timeline on how long he should be here and got right to work. He explained what he was doing and Once he finished I was in shock. I mean you could've convinced me that he just bought a brand new one and set it in there. It was that beautiful. I didn't know it would turn out so great. I wish I would've taken a before picture but I forgot. He was a great person to work with and he and his worker that came with him were professional and cool to work with. It was a short visit but that's because they are hard workers. read more

Our tub was very neglected from previous owners and we accidentally ruined it even more during our remodel. I didn't want to pay a fortune to rip out a tub that was in great condition besides the finish. They were quick to reply, friendly, and did an amazing job. My wife and I were real concerned about how our tub and surrounding would look refinished. We decided to take the chance and decided to call a few companies. We were impressed with William from Tactical Refinishing on the phone so we had him come out the next day to give us a bid. We liked how positive and professional Will was so we decided to go with Tactical. Will completed our tub and walls and they look brand new. Very responsive. Solid work. Price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Will to family or friend.

I give Will 5 stars because of his honesty and ethics. I had my bathtub refinished but the result was not what I expected as the finish was not smooth and glossy. Will was prompt in responding to my messages and returned to evaluate the situation. He determined that he would not be able to improve the result and refunded my money. Although I am disappointed in the result, I am so pleased to be working with a young business owner who puts his customers first and honors his word. read more
