The best part is, everything they serve pairs well with any of Farmstrong's delish beers or house-brewed ciders. Then, one random weeknight, we headed to Barley & Brew in Sedro Woolley to see a comedy show, and there was Karuma. Score! At the time, I was recovering from a tummy bug, and didn't want to eat raw fish yet, so I ordered a California Roll and got a beeper to await my order. 45 minutes later... it was ready. And...it was delish. Not to mention HUGE! I couldn't even finish it. Since they're new, I'll give them grace on the long wait and hard-to-findness. But I do hope to run into them again soon (maybe, finally, at North Sound) and give some of their other tasty sounding sushi a try!

Great flavor and body without being overly salty and there was just enough oil to add to the over body and flavor without over powering it and turning it into a greasy mess. Very well done!
