I went to the cashier to complain. He stated they changed their prices a few weeks ago but haven't changed the menus yet. I asked how they could raise the meal $5 and he couldn't answer. I told him California law requires the advertised or posted price was a requirement for them to honor. He was ot going to do that. Our entire group was overcharged and we have decided Hacienda's food was not worth it and we will not return there again. Their loss. Too bad.

We had a hard time finding it at first, but it's located in the parking lot of South Union Mini Mart. There's a lot of different taco trucks on Union, so make sure you don't pass this one up. Parking isn't really an issue, so don't worry about that. Staff is really nice. The first time we visited the young lady that took our order was very friendly and interactive. She had a nice warm personality so you feel welcomed when you visit. The owner, I didn't catch his name but he's literally cooking the food in the back. He's super friendly and also made us feel welcomed. Even though they are wayyyy out there on Union, they are the reason why people want to come back. Yes, food can be good at places, but if you have a good heart and personality then people can tell you're genuine. The first time we visited we were overwhelmed because we wanted to try EVERYTHING, I don't know what's my favorite item yet, but I'll let you guys know when I find out. Don't sleep on Taqueria El Jalisciense! I'm not a big fan of chicken tacos and I even loved those and I would get it again. Everything is so flavorful and you can tell he really thought about his menu. What I love is that he uses quality meats. Don't believe me? Definitely check out his instagram @jalisciense_torres don't blame me if you get hungry checking out his page haha. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. If you're around the area and don't mind driving out to Union then this is the place. Give them a chance. P.S. they only take cash or Zelle so be prepared and they open in the evenings at 4pm-10pm. You better go before people start hearing about this place and the lines get too long. :-)

The Gold Standard. Friendly faces greet you , the music is spot on, nice place to sit and enjoy your amazing tacos. They cook the meat in small batches so it is alway fresh, the perfectly fried corn tortillas taste so good ! The corn tortillas are topped with the meat of your choice, I chose steak , the seasoning on the meat is out of this world. Then finely chopped cilantro and onions, in the middle of my four tacos was more larger fried onions, cucumber slices and a lemon wedge top off the plate . As far as hot sauce goes the avocado based green sauce and a great flavor with just a little kick , the roasted Chile sauce was much spicier and will leave you wanting more ! The roasted jalapeño wedges were flavorful and spicy. If I was full and driving by this truck I would stop and eat again. This badge I give to this truck really means something, I cannot recommend this taco truck high enough
