So nostalgic. I used to come here in the 2000's and it was under a different name. They had these amazing steak fries that we always raved about. So coming back in the area and learning that blue diamond serves steak fries, we had to see if it was the same and it was exactly the same!!!! This is quite possibly one of the biggest tortas I have ever seen in my life! It was absolutely loaded with meat and cheese. I got the cubana which had breaded chicken, ham, chorizo, eggs, cheese, and even avocado. This sandwich was literally bigger than my hand and easily worth 2 meals. However, we did see a branded Taqueria El Mezcal going into the lot one time, and it made us wonder if they actually sold it to a different owner. Regardless, this new place is more intentional with their food and also it just tastes better. We've ordered various burritos here, including the chicken, steak, and veggie burritos. All have been good, and what's great is the fresh salsa bar with many different salsas. I think my only gripe with them is that they should open by 10 am on weekends. One Saturday morning I drove into the lot and there were like 10 cars turning around because the restaurant was not yet opened. The lady inside didn't even bother acknowledging us, even though there were no hours on the window (and at that point Yelp said they were open but Google said they were not). We had a good experience here during the day they had amateur wrestling in the parking lot in a pretty cool ring We went back at night to eat, and the food was really good. The salsa bar is clean and the employees kept wiping it down every time something was spilled on it. Pretty impressive cleanliness. The decor is amazing. Lots of wrestling stuff which I like. I give this restaurant 5 stars, if you're looking for a good burrito with some variety they're pretty good. I've ordered a couple times now. Lots of salsas, if you call or go in a lot of accommodations, adding or what not to and from your food is always a 100, they don't send you home accidentally messing up the food. Found this place on TikTok and it didn't disappoint! Parking is a bit difficult as there are only 4 spots in the front but there was one available when I went. I ordered a carne asada burrito and the blue horchata and it was ready in less than five minutes. The carne asada burrito was fat and was filled with all the toppings (beans, rice, lettuce, sour cream, guac, and cheese) and was tasty! However, there was a bit too much rice and beans in my opinion as it was pretty heavy and kind of overpowered the flavor of the burrito. The blue horchata was amazing!
