The ceviche plate I had was amazing. It was the Tostada Al Tata. It had uncooked shrimp, fish, octopus and crab in a black salsa sauce. We also had the tostada tamarindo which had tamarindo flavoring. It came with a tamarindo stick as well. There's a full bar with plenty of seating.
