11/5/25 Getting lunch! Ordered on website to pick up, a Pollo "Taco" salad , paid for it there and went to pick it up. Arrived! Busy! Must be good! Greeted by kind worker, let her know of order and she directed me to the other end and the order was ready and waiting to be picked up. Got it and the worker let me know she included salsa and if I needed to, I could add more from their add-on stations. Lunchtime! Pollo "Taco" was Fresh & DELICIOUS! Really Great, along with GREAT guacamole, great hot salsa (& they hooked me up with extra like asked) and it's a lot! 1/2 was plenty! Another lunch leftover! Good service & GREAT lunch! Highly recommended! Convenient online ordering pick up too!

Al pastor and what is SUPPOSED to be a tripas taco. I'm so annoyed!

I don't think I've ever written a bad yelp review... BUT WTH IS THIS?!?? Why do I have 3 pieces of tripas that was cut into smaller pieces?! Literally should've listened to the reviews.

The hell?! They couldve said something. Like really? No cilantro onions just meat and tortilla? What a joke this place is.

This was my first time going to this place. Ordered tacos thinking itll be the whole thing. Didnt know it was just meat and tortilla. They couldve said something. This place is trash. The meat didnt taste good at all. The folks inside this joint give no fucks. Oh well. This was the first and will be the last.

A taco truck with a permanent spot!
    Belen M.

My brother in law suggested this place for tacos! It is a permanently placed taco truck and has plenty of options for outdoor seating under a covered patio. The prices are pretty good too! $2 for a taco, $7.50 for a quesadilla or torta. We have not yet tried the tortas or quesadillas, but we were admiring the prices! Seating includes wooden bench tables, and wooden bar top style seating. Only weird thing about the seating is that to line up and order your food, you are in between the tables. So while there are plenty of seating options, you might also find yourself right next to those waiting to order or for their order. Customer Service was pretty standard, nothing too exciting and nothing horrible either. I will say that on this particular day they were out of large lids, so she asked us if we wanted a Large drink without the lid or if we wanted 2 smalls with lids. I appreciated having the choice to have lids, since we were taking our order to-go. The speed of service was impressive, especially after we ordered 10 tacos and with three different carnes. So this is great if you are in a hurry. The tacos themselves were pretty average to me. If you order them as is, they come with onions and cilantro on top, and a couple of slices of radishes and lemons on the plate. I did LOVE their chorizo tacos, and my husband liked the asada and tripas tacos that he got. He said their tripas were crunchy, but he didn't rave about them. I'll be honest that after my brother in laws suggestion, I was expecting more from the asada tacos, but they were just pretty standard in my book. I did like the green salsa, which has a molcajete style vibe to it. It needed some more salt, but that was an easy fix. The red salsa was spicier but I didn't enjoy the flavor as much as the green. I would get them again, for the simple convenience of they have this "permanent" location for their truck.

I do not have much to say but I wouldn't go back again. I love trying out different taco places and see who has the best asada or pastor taco. CUSTOMER SERVICE : I order 1 taco of each. 1 asada and 1 pastor only but some how the lady charge me 5 tacos. I'm not sure if she under stand English or hard hearing problem but she needs to make sure she got the right order. The cooker was pretty generous with taco sauce. Overall, both of them seems nice but they just need to work on customer service. RATE 2/5 FOOD QUALITY : Nothing special about the tacos. Disappointed that both asada and pastor is just salted. The texture of both is very mushy like powder. I also found a dead roach on my lemon. I know it's normal that insect do crawl into food. It's not their fault but I lost my appetite seeing that in my food. RATE 0/5

Pretty decent tacos and with inflation, I think they are priced reasonably. I do enjoy their tacos and always go for their pizza quesadilla. The best!

Queso Tacos! Chicken and Al Pastor
    Angie R.

The dude and I came to Tacolandia after noticing we had a new Taco joint that took over an abandoned Loan place however they developed it with a cool patio outdoor COVID-19 compliant vibe as everything is out doors. After weeks of passing this place we decided to give them a try one evening. And so glad we did! The young woman who took our order was wearing a mask however the cooks didn't no face mask at. They have a really good menu as EVERY SINGLE THING sounded appetizing or maybe I was just really hungry! But they have burrito bowls, Mulitas,Queso Tacos, Tacos. Quesadillas and so many more food options! I ended up getting a chicken and Al Pastor Queso tacos as the dude ended up getting the Mulitas which were chorizo, al pastor and asada. I love Mulitas as I have been eating them even before I knew the name of them. I thought the Al Pastor Mulitas was delicious! It had cheese galore, cilantro and onions my taste buds were so happy. The dude didn't appear to be a fan of them as he tried my Queso tacos and preferred them. The Horchata we got was good but it wasn't authentic :( it tasted like the generic powered but they tried to mask it by adding A LOT of cinnamon but what should I expect it's a taco truck so their are trying to keep their costs low by all costs. Overall, this place BEATS 559 Street tacos which they have a location in Clovis. I have no worries at Tacolandia will continue to out due themselves. We will be coming back often. Our new quick delicious taco place everything was flavorful and tasty!

What could have been a disappointing surprise turned into one of the best local dining experiences we've had in a long time. We had the pleasure of meeting Miguel himself, and his hospitality immediately stood out. He took the time to introduce us to several items on the menu and encouraged us to try a little bit of everything. I'm glad he did. The red beans and rice were absolutely phenomenal, and every single thing we tasted was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with pride. You can tell Miguel genuinely cares about both the food and the people he serves. What impressed me most wasn't just the food--it was the atmosphere. Miguel has a gift for making you feel welcome. His heart for hospitality is second to none, and it's obvious that serving great food and creating a great experience are his top priorities. If you're looking for a hidden gem in Clovis, this is it. Whether you're stopping in to catch a game, grab a meal with friends, or enjoy a simple flip-flop date night with your spouse, Miguel's is worth the visit. We'll definitely be back, and I can't recommend this place enough.

Miguel sells his auntenthic mexican food and Lisa sells her favorite sweet treats. By far on the market, they sell pretty bomb salsa! It's not like the generic salsa from store bought one, it's just like the unique homemade family recipes. And trust me, these are not as supper vinegary. I love Miguel's salsa! Miguel's message was to serve his community and bring his tradition to the table. He brought the flavors of Michoacan and Jalisco Mexico which were passed down from the Segura family. SERVICE :: I love Miguel's service! He personally serves you and greet you there. He offered me free chips and salsa while i wait. They were quiet busy but get things done quickly too. RATE : 5/5 SALSAS & CHIPS - COMPLIMENTARY:: His salsas and chips were the best thing I've ever recieved. He serves his famous red and green salsa with a little bit of ground beef on top. They go so well together. RATE : 5/5 RED SALSA :: It's hard to describe it here but it's roasty burnt salsa full of flavors. Not too vinegary. You just got to try it in person. RATE : 5/5 GREEN SALSA :: I personally love the green sauce more, in general. And still Miguel's green salsa still beats the red salsa. I can taste all of the greens and fruit in it. It may be advertised mild but the heat is there. It's about almost the same spice level as the red salsa. RATE : 5/5 ASADA TACO ($3.49) :: Besides his salsa, his tacos were amazing too. It's well seasoned, unique, and full of flavor. The asada is something that I've never tasted before. It's very herby, well seasoned to taste, juicy and tender! RATE : 5/5 TACOS DORADOS ($4.49) :: The tacos dorados were something different from what I've had before and were absolutely delicious. This taco reminds me of birria. The texture and flavor were also amazing. I asked for pork, it was supper moist, tender and juicy full of flavors. The cotija cheese brings a nice dry and light cheesy taste to it. And lastly, those pickled jalapeno just give a pop of juicy, sour, and spicy flavor. RATE : 5/5 PISTACHIO CREAMES ICED MATCHA (16oz - 6.49) :: Lisa use Tenzo brand. I've used and tried Tenzo before and it's hard to ratio the matcha. Over portion Tenzo match will be too bitter and too little too diluted. And yes, Lisa's Matcha was on the diluted side. The pistachio flavoring is light and taste artificial. The sweetness level is perfectly sweetend. Not too sweet. RATE : 2/5 NOTE : Spend anything above $50, get a $5 dollar off voucher for the next purchase. OVERALL :: Overall, it's a hidden gem that's definitely worth checking out! Don't forget his salsas, he do sell them on the side. I'll definitely go back for more and try his other menu!

I also sampled the carnitas on top of crispy taco shells as well. The meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the tortillas came out hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Every bite reminded me why simple food done right is hard to beat. I was hoping to try the mojara frita, menudo, and barbacoa, only to find out the menudo and barbacoa are weekend only specialties. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed, but it also gives me a great reason to come back. What really stood out, beyond the food, was the hospitality. David, who appears to have been running the place for over 20 years, was incredibly charismatic and provided the kind of customer service that seems harder and harder to find these days. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the restaurant and the people who walk through the door. One of my favorite parts of the visit was when I saw the owner come out and greet the regulars and customers. The interactions felt sincere and heartfelt, not forced. There was a real sense of community here, as if customers weren't just patrons but part of an extended family. That kind of atmosphere is special and says a lot about the people behind the business. Great food, warm hospitality, and a welcoming environment--I'll definitely be back, hopefully on a weekend next time.

Location/services: Upon entering the building I immediately noticed the heat. It was a hot 98 degree day and the restaurant felt like an oven and was maybe 3-5 degree cooler than it was outside. I then quickly noticed this was a very simple operation (almost like a food truck), and not much to the menu, but there were folks sitting and eating and a few others waiting to order, so I assumed the food must be great. We ordered 4 meals (tacos with rice/beans) which was meant to be eaten there but after waiting in line and feeling like we were in a hot box, we decided to make it to go. We sat and waited for our food (about 20 mins), we chatted and observed our surroundings and it became very apparent the restaurant was not maintained with basic cleaning because it was very grimy and just plain dirty. I then used the restroom and it was absolutely disgusting. Our ordered was called and the staff was very nice. The food: As I mentioned, we got 4 orders of tacos (all carne asada) with rice/beans, and we asked for salsa and limes. We got grilled jalapenos, lemons and one sandwhich baggy filled with red salsa. Not a big deal. The meat was fine but the tortillas were inedible. They were tough, flavorless, and greasy. The bean and rice were ok. We ate enough to curb our hunger but none of us finish our food. Upon my best judgement, I had convinced myself that the food was gonna be great because their Yelp rating told me so. I was so wrong! One last note, there was nothing here that resembled a bakery/panaderia. So if you think you could also grab a treat here, you are wrong.

The lid of the storage for the condiments itself was broken and the area wasn't attended to enough. Sauces were very low & overall messy. We both enjoyed the street tacos & both drinks were delicious. This is my second time coming to this location. My first visit was at night. They had a live dj, the place was packed but overall clean and attended to. Overall in the future I may just ordered my food to go if I'm in the area. The girl behind the counter greeted us right away, very friendly. We got to sample a couple of their Agua Frescas before making our decisions as well. I got 3 different tacos: Asada, Cabeza, and Tripa (extra crispy). He got all Asada. We weren't huge fans of their Asada. We both agreed it felt/looked/tasted more like ground beef... wasn't cooked how we'd like. Asada was in last place for me. Cabeza was good, came in second. The Tripa was my favorite. Very good. My friend got Lengua and Adobada-- pretty sure she enjoyed hers. For the drink, we agreed on the Cucumber one-- it was very refreshing/yummy. We also sampled the Horchata. It was good but slightly too sweet for me. It's not very big inside but there's still a good amount of tables for guests to sit at. 8-10? More or less. They keep the tables clean... but, there are a lot of flies buzzing around the windows. We had to battle with one very persistent/pesky fly trying to get our food. It's a shame because that definitely docks a point, sorry. Tacos were good, not the best I've ever had though. I know Asada may be a basic meat choice but we've had some damn good Asada... they missed the mark. Also, I hope they find a way to resolve the fly issue. With that said-- I've gotta put them in the middle.
