First visit here and this place is dirty!!Tables aren't wiped down(sticky), floors are sticky, very few napkin dispensers and the few they have are filthy with food/sauce!!! Went into the ladies restroom and walked out! No seat covers and toilet paper and paper towels on the floor. Maybe because they only have 2 people working. The 2 employees were very friendly with hello when you walked in and said goodbye when we left. read more

Seeing the reviews here I was a bit nervous about ordering, but the customer service was great, the food was served hot and delicious just like the other taco times I've been to, I had to come leave a good review seeing the low rating but I was definitely given 5 star service and food! read more

Why does everyone look so pissed off that works here, and why does it take 15 min to make 1 soft taco?

I'm not sure how they can operate in the food service business with just how unsanitary everything is here. Visited at 11:30a yesterday. Floor was filthy, soda area filthy, tables dirty, seats dirty. The napkin dispensers on each table were incredibly germ-coated with old sauces, etc. Money is being handled with the same gloved hands as food distribution. Only two employees there and both very overwhelmed. read more

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. After sitting in The drive thru for over ten minutes, I assumed (incorrectly) that maybe my meal was being freshly made. Got my order to go and the only thing worth eating was the fountain soda. The Mexi-fries (tater tots) were cold, stale and undercooked. The soft taco was cold in the middle and the cheese wasn't even melted. The Saturday "special" nachos were so stale the chips were actually chewy. $25 worth of food and the only family member who enjoyed any of it was the dog. I'm from Seattle where "Taco Time" is a guaranteed good, hot, fresh meal. This place is a rip off and shouldn't be allowed to carry the same name. Even Taco Bell is gourmet compared to this place! read more

Taco Time - Don't let the picture fool you, cold and raw and the missing ones were eaten by the dog. - Mexican Near Me - Millwood, Washington

This Taco Time is under a new management ! Come checkout them now manager has great customer skills as well as getting the orders out quicker !!! read more

Incredibly disappointed. Have given this location several chances and it's always something. This time I ordered a fish taco meal. The tortilla was hard. The fish was burnt and super crispy. The mexi fries were so hard I almost broke a tooth. I asked for mild and was given hotter sauce... and then I got a root beer and the whole thing was ice. I have officially hit my limit with this place. Love taco time as a whole but this location is cutting it. read more

VERY RUDE! The girl behind the counter needs to stop yelling at all of her coworkers and making all of her customers feel uncomfortable just because she mixed a few orders up. Definitely will not be coming back read more

Rude employees , slow service, and dirty restaurant! Just boil hotdogs or eat Cup of noodles at home, cheaper, faster, and cleaner- you're welcome! read more

I've given this place multiple attempts at good food and service. It needs a desperate change in management. The soft taco was 4 × 4 inches at best. The taste was horrible. I do not recommend this place. They need a complete revamp in their food. New management is a must. I never see anyone there. It's telling. If the business wants to succeed, they need to work with their regional manager on food presentation and quality read more

I'm standing outside a locked dark building looking at the sign on the door with their hours. They closed an hour early. Again. Every time I come here they are closed even though they say they're open. Don't waste your gas. read more

If I could give half a star, I would. The entire place is sticky. Tables are sticky, walls are noticeably sticky. Booths are sticky, even the floor is sticky. The employees were rude and could not be bothered to clean up a little bit. Every table had garbage and crumbs on it. When we entered, a younger kid greeted us. The food was actually pretty good. But the atmosphere was disgusting read more

Once upon a time... This taco time had great food and service. Since owners and management changed this Taco Time is simply not worth going there. The lobby closes at 7 pm and I arrive around 6:30 pm and am told their lobby is closed even though there is 1 family still in line. I know they were thinking we did not want another customer since we almost closed, but 30 minutes is a significant time period to not provide service if open. Also every time I go their employees seem to be doing nothing but standing around. The place is also dirty as hell. Lastly, some employees will make fun of you just for the heck of it which I had a cold and won't say what he said about me but it was bad read more

I come here pretty often and really enjoy their quesadilla and chips with queso. The food came out fresh and still pretty hot with little wait time. I've never had a bad experience and very few mediocre ones. The only sad thing was that they don't have salsa anymore; it's a shame since I really liked dipping my food in it. read more

Your drive through worker in Taco Time Millwood it's is great her name is tila she does really great job we like her keep her

This place must really desperate for help. The food was good but service not so great. Wish I could of gotten the name of person who waited on me. I was looking at the menu & he walked away & went in back room. Another employee had to tell him I was ready to order. Anyway no custom service skills at all. Who ever manages this place should really train their employees better. They were making loud noises & laughing being total idiots. And this place needs a good cleaning. read more

Well I'm done with all the people who just don't care I would have given a "0" but it isn't an option anyway stay away these tools can't even count to 4. I got half my order after the guy dropped my change at the drive through then proceeded to tell me he was going to charge me for Pico salsa..... anyway we managed to drive all the way home and only half my order won't be back and you shouldn't bother either read more

Sat in line for 20 minutes for the worst Chicken soft taco. This is not like a Taco Time! Nasty!

This is not a Taco Time like the chain. It's a completely different thing. I don't believe they are affiliated with the Taco Time chain whatsoever. Same name, different restaurant. Whatever you do, find an ACTUAL Taco Time if you are a expecting Taco Time food. read more

If the young teenage girls that work there would quit bitching about their jobs and lives maybe they could get my order right!

If I could rate this a zero I would! Love taco time, but EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I go here my order is incorrect. Why Taco Time?? Why??? You want two burritos? Ok*pays*, here is one burrito, not the burrito you ordered. I JUST WANT TWO BURRITOS AND SOME TOTS NAPOLEON! read more

Whoever manages this Taco Time is doing a terrible job! It's always filthy; floors, tables, everything. All the tables will be dirty even tho you're the only customer there. There are 3 to 5 people working but no one greets you, doesn't seem to want to take your order or fix the food. They'd rather stand around and talk. It takes forever to get your food! It's certainly no FAST FOOD! read more

It pains me to give even one star to this place! We had 11/2 hours between volleyball match so we went for some fast food. Totally incompetent employees that couldn't make change or complete our other before our game began! The food we did take was over priced and ineatable! To top it off, the place was FILTHY! Great place to stay away from! Robert E Holmes read more

This is the worst taco place in the entire nation. Their chicken taste like rubber. They never ever get your order right. The drive thru lady was real nice tho. read more

I went in expecting the same food I have been buying from another Taco Time, boy was I wrong, what a disappointment. The food was completely different than what I was used to. I thought these chains had standards to follow, but I guess Taco Time doesn't care about consistency. May have lost a fan. read more

The worst taco time I have been to yet. I work nearby this location and every time I have ever been through in the past year regardless of what time of day or night the drive through wait time has been over 20 min. So thinking ahead I place my order over the phone. Giving this place over 45 min to make my meal. Upon arriving food still not ready. Then I notice only 2 people working. This is he way it has been every time I have ever ordered food from this taco time. That being said 90% of the time my order is totally incorrect. I don't know what the deal is here but if u are in a hurry and don't want to wait 40 min for you meal avoid at all costs . read more

This is by far the worst taco time I've ever been to. Had to wait at least 5 minutes just for them to take my order even though there was literally no one there. They told me I couldn't have a crisp meat burrito with no cheese cause they pre make everything which is gross & I'm sure it wouldn't take long for them to make one without cheese....not that hard. So I got a soft taco with no cheese, I live 5 min from this taco time and got home and the taco was COLD. Yeah never going back there. read more

I have been going to this store for the past 5 yrs and now I will not go any more, and tell people to not go. There is a older woman that works there and should not be working there. Every time I go in she is in a bad mood. The last time I went, she was the only one in the store and her help was on break? Again she was the only one in the store! Knowing that she was frazzled,I waited very patiently for my order. By the way, how I new she was frazzled was in the way she took my order very rude to me and she made me feel like I was a inconvenience to her. So after about a 16min wait for 8 tacos yes 8! I politely asked if I could have some hot sauce. Her response was to grab some and throw it in the bag with a pissed off look on her face!! This is how I get treated for me being inconvenienced and patient. I will not go to that store anymore and will not recommend any body else go until she's gone or the owner gets a decent crew. Horrible horrible service!! If the owner actually cares send me a email to explain to me why I am an inconvenience at there store. read more

Unfortunately this location is NOT a very good example of what I would expect from TacoTime, we visited this locations drive thru, ordering seemed normal, once we arrived to the window, the employee, was quite quick about taking payment, then asked if we would like sauces with our order, after a bit of an extended wait, our order was handed to us packaged quite full in a smaller paper bag, thus having the softer contents at the bottom of the bag coming out quite smashed and messy, the sauces provided, didn't even have 1/2 of the sauce cup filled, unfortunately some of our order had not made it into our bag, so I had attempted (several times) to contact the business, to let them know we had been shorted, only to find out, that the line was busy, mind you, I did say several times over the course of 30-45 minutes, ultimately giving up! If I were you, I would drive the few extra miles, and visit a different TacoTime, or even TacoBell! This location seems to care very little about the small detail of the service industry..... THE CONSUMER!!!!! read more
