First time at Taco Tastic and I decided to try something simple, so I went with the rice and beans. Unfortunately, this is easily the worst rice and beans I've ever had anywhere -- even Taco Bell does it better. There was absolutely no flavor: no seasoning in the rice, no juice or taste from the beans, nothing. It was honestly unbearable to eat. Even the green salsa they provided had no spice or flavor at all. It was $3 per side, $6 total, and I couldn't even finish it. As a Puerto Rican, this is honestly embarrassing. The only positive thing I can say is that the guy cooking was nice. read more

Food here is fresh and tasty. The Al Pastor is wonderful. The menu also caters to folks who like more American style tacos, as well. Definitely try the empanadas if you're there. read more

Honestly l will never give this place another dollar of our hard earned money ever again. Extremely poor customer service all around. Female Manager from lacey store was extremely rude. We Had other issues & complaints with food, service & online ordering / phone ordering. One prime example is that they deliberately ignore your calls when trying to place an order & or just shut the phones off with no automatic message or alert to their customers on the expectations that they're busy and that they will not take phone or online orders. The phone just rings or says my call cannot go through. When I went to store to get my food, the manager said I should of known better and to come into the store to place my order. It was stated they're to busy and can't be bothered with the phones. Then I tried to speak to manager about the service being slow & how it was impossible it is to get in touch with them when placing a order either by phone or online, she proceeded to talk down to me & embarrass me in front of multiple customers in the store who also were waiting. She was nasty & stated obviously we are really busy & if you wanted our food so bad you should have come into the store to place order. When I spoke to the owner, he was super condescending & disrespectful as the manager in lacey. He Told me that if I had a problem I should be taking it up with the managers because him as a owner doesn't have time or wants to deal with these type phone complaints. They also tried to accuse me for trying to get free food. I wasn't trying to get free food, I was trying to see if they would provide some sort of compensation for the disrespect and major inconvenience of horrible service. Plus the food was cold, I asked for extra Avocado and didn't get extra but was charged for it and the food was super bland. I tried to explain this to The owner who was extremely argumentative with me on the phone & didn't take any accountability for their actions. The only thing he said was that they're working on getting a automated message to advise their customers about how to order. Regardless I'm not one to make reviews and or complain but this was needed to be said. If anyone wants to know more I'd gladly go into more detail on how I was treated / spoken too. There's more to this story & also our food was over cooked. The nacho fries I ordered were Mushy and tasted like dirt. When this was brought up to them they were argumentative and defensive. There's many more taco businesses around & I'll gladly support them over this place. Very appalled on their professionalism and customer service. Check out their reviews on google & other reputable websites... many others have similar complaints. Owner writes nasty messages back to them as well. That's really bad business. Taco"tasticc"- deserves 0 stars & there isn't anything fantastic about this place at all. I'm all about support small local businesses but this place doesn't deserve any of that. !!! Go on their business google reviews ... there's alot of 0 stars for horrible customer service and a ton of reviews on the owner being nasty. The owner actually curses and argues back at a lot of the reviews on google from the customers. Total sarcasm here but That's real professional and classy. So many people complained & owner (Giovanni) refused to rectify the situations. What type of owner of a business does that? Atleast I'm not the only one to notice this business is disgraceful. read more

So disappointing!! Ordered delivery and it literally came with no condiments! I ordered steak fajitas and they're just sad dry fajitas, no salsa, no hot sauce, no sour cream. Nothing! Idk anyone who eats fajitas like that. Steak is dry and more like the texture of a cheesesteak than the steak I'd expect in a fajita. It did get here fast which is the only positive but I wouldn't order from here again. read more

My god this place slaps so hard. Munchies tacos are so good and the baria tacos they have on weekends only are 10/10. Get here!

We came in at 9:30-30 mins before closing, we know, we're sorry, but we were so hungry and wanted GOOD Mexican food. I had ordered from the TR location a few times with my co workers and knew they had a pretty good steak quesadilla. My bf was skeptical, but I assured him it would be a safe bet, or at least decent. Not only was the customer service great, nice and helpful but we didn't wait very long either. The food traveled well on our 15 minute ride home & when we dug in it was still PIPING HOT, nachos STILL CRUNCHY, favor EVERYWHERE. We got the steak quesadilla , carnitas tacos Mexican style , nachos w chipotle chicken, and the fajita quesadilla all great options simple-but seasoned. You have for sure secured some regulars. Thank you, it was great!! read more

Oh my god... the food is soooo good I will DEFINITELY go back!! Service is great too and very quick!!

Ordered American Tacos with beef w/ Medium Salsa. The Beef was extremely greasy and my tomatillo salsa was almost the consistency of Jello? Like it had been frozen and it was on the verge of thawing out. We were waiting for almost a half-hour for our food [in-store] for only it to come out lukewarm at best. The store itself was very well kept & clean, but the food could use some improvement. read more

This is for the Lanoka location.INFLATION GOUGING at its best. Please read everyone. ordered yesterday 12 tacos to go for a party today, and this morning added 8 more,I'll spare you all the details about the way the order was messed up over and over ,but I understand people/kids today, however 2 minutes away I get a call they need to charge me 13.50 more for tins ,said was too much aluminum which I did request each to be individually wrapped as I was bringing to a party and didn't want them squished up,when I questioned they said 42 tins? I reminded them 20 tacos ,mind you the order was over $100.00 the manager got on the phone ,and I explained I got them this way during the week,to not write a novel here he got nasty and said $5.00 more , at this point I said give me back my deposit that I dropped off the day before. BAD BAD BUSSINESS,this guys bussiness practice is only staying afloat that there in a busy mall. LOOK out for TONYS TACOS coming soon to LANOKA/LACY MALL I won't inflation gouge the public. read more
