I approached the counter to see what was happening. The worker guy said he was used to yelling with 4 women at home. I replied that it is not right to yell when customers are there. He said he wasn't clocked in and shrugged like, "Oh well. I asked why are you waiting on customers while not being clocked in. A guy in the lobby chimed in and said I just want my food. The fighting continued, and it was very loud! Could hear them in the dinning room. I was there with my mom, daughter, and grandchildren. Our birthday celebration was distracted by this and took away from our fun. This was not a good experience! I will not come here EVER again!!

He took our order and we got our drinks. Everything was clean. Our food came out quickly and was very tasty. I was really looking forward to my food, but after taking a bite, I immediately knew something was wrong. The chicken was incredibly spicy, and I couldn't enjoy my meal. It was especially frustrating because I had specifically ordered mild. I hope Will and the rest of the staff are more careful with orders in the future. The only place that would even begin to come close would be Dairy Queen Braiser, and Culvers still has them beat by a long shot.
