The service is slow because they don't have enough waitresses. The prices are the whole reason it got 2 stars. The food has no seasoning or flavoring. You can only get ground beef in your taco but they don't season the meat at all. I've never been to a Mexican restaurant or taco shop that doesn't have salsa. They do have a taco sauce but it's not the same. You can get chips but no salsa, just either queso or bean dip. It's just a disappointing place overall. Oh, and they only take cash. I walk in and start ordering a bowl, bc I am a previous employee from a different location, I had noticed that they were starting closing jobs, I asked for cheese and they had none left, I said I was okay waiting. She they stated it would take a hour. (No it doesn't) we were the only people in the restaurant. I then stated again, that I was okay to wait because I knew it wouldn't take that long. I was then informed they would NOT be making more cheese. I asked for the manager politely and was told there was not one there. How convenient... makes more sense to why they had started closing at 7:00!!!! THEY CLOSE AT 10PM!!!! WHAT THE ACTUAL F***!!! So I paid for my $13 bowl that included only. Nice (brown) because white was also out, lettuce, and steak... BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF HALF OF THE ITEMS!!! AND I also didn't even get an apology or discount, if they didn't already start making my food I would have left, I just really didn't want to be wasteful I'm literally so disappointed and annoyed. I'm going to include my receipt for proof it was 7:00!!!
