It's Taco Bell but covers the essentials. Fast, clean, and decent food. The menu and food are the same as expected.

So, I don't normally like fast food, let alone this type of fast food but I was one of the few in a large group so I didn't have too much of a choice. Since the new Taco Johns opened across the way, this branch must have been feeling a bit of the competition. It wasn't too crowded for a weekday lunch. To keep the servers motivated, they get a gift card for the employee with the highest rating based on the surveys the customers turn in. Well, it's a win-win situation. The customers get attentive servers and the employee gets their gift card. Well our server must of known we were a good target, large family group who would write her a good review. She was super friendly, brought samples of their new slushy to our table, adjusted the air temperature after someone in our group mentioned it was cold, and was very polite. Nothing like a motivated employee to make your experience excellent. Food was good (for Taco Bell) and those Cinnabon dessert balls stuffed with glaze are delicious. Luckily they come in two, so you can share. By far, the best and friendliest service I have ever received at a fast food joint. read more

It's Taco Bell. You know what to expect from the food, so I don't really have anything to say there. The location is good, as it's on Main Street just a few blocks away from the I-74 exit. It's the most conveniently located fast food place if you're just passing by on the interstate and want a quick-ish bite of fast food. That said, they're right across the street from Hacienda Jalisco, an excellent Mexican restaurant, so if you're looking for quality then I'd go there over Taco Bell any day. As for the service, I've found the employees to always be friendly, but service is not always quick. It really depends when you go - I've come in during early afternoon when there's almost nobody there and gotten served quickly, but I've also had times where the drive thru was so slow I gave up and went somewhere else. The worst example I can think of was one time the drive thru line was long enough that the car in front of me couldn't pull forward after placing their order. 5 minutes later, no one had moved. I decided to leave and get food elsewhere. So overall, it's a typical Taco Bell in most respects, but the service can be a little slow if you catch them at a bad time. read more

Bad experience. Traveling on 74 and got off this exit for *quick* bite. NOTHING was quick or good about our visit. It was a Sunday night at 8 PM. Drive thru was packed, so we decided to dine in, thinking we would get done sooner. HA! Ordered, paid, and started our wait. Went to fill our fountain drink. Tasted it. It wasn't right. Gross. Said something. Cashier asked a co worker to check the line. A few minutes later and it was working again and pouring a good product. The wait continued. The drive thru customers were all moving along nicely and it became clear we, the inside customers, were not a priority. I said something. Cashier said, "Yes, we need to keep the drive thru line moving." The wait continued. The two customers who had ordered after us got their food. What??? I said something. "Where's our food?". Manager, who was making food on the line btw, responds, "Do you want the food or a refund?". It's been at least 15 or 20 mins since we ordered. I say, "Both.". Finally we get our food and only after I said something, a refund. My dining partner already hated Taco Bell. Well, now it is a guarantee that he will never go again. read more

The drive thru was very busy so the service inside was slow. A group in front of us had to wait for the cashier to get out of the bathroom. We ordered 7 items and received 6. Upon telling the manager, he had to check our receipt and then still wanted to view our table and count the items. read more

When your options are fast food it can be tough to get a decent meal so I have been frequenting Taco Bell for the cantina bell menu. I ordered a chicken cantina bowl and the serving size was the biggest of any location I have been to thus far. Drive through was quick even though a bit awkward of a setup. read more

I feel a bit silly doing a review on a fast food restaurant because typically they all are about the same. This is the cleanest, hottest and freshest Taco Bell I've ever been to! Great food when we stopped a bite to eat on our way to Indiana. read more

The food was good and all but if you want people to feel welcome don't rush them when they order also don't cock an attitude. If a manager does this (which happened to me because I had a family order) it doesn't set a good example for the other employees. We get that you may think the job is annoying just keep it on the down low so that it doesn't destroy the atmosphere. read more

Always has ridiculously slow service. Only two cars in front of me and I have been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes.

When i entered the breezeway an air pocket caused the door to the lobby to open and close a small bit. This turned me off to the restaurant and i will not return. read more

If you want Mexican food then try somewhere else. This is fast food that tries to taste Mexican.
