The tacos here are great. You can ask for them without lettuce, which is nice. AVOID the nachos... the nacho cheese they use is gross.

DELICIOUS. I go here like every week for a combo of cheese enchiladas and an iced tea, half half. Their prices are INCREDIBLE and the taste of everything is exceptional. In addition, the service for fast food is very fast and your food is always saved warm! The staff is also very polite! :) My favorite mexican restaurant!! read more

The interior is terrifying. It's very late 90's. Weird metal paneling, red chairs, white and black ceiling. The prices are pretty good, but the food is not. After I ordered, I saw them microwaving something or another, after which the microwaved substance was transferred to little plastic plates and I ate said substance. At least make an effort to convince me the food is somewhat fresh. Corn chips were dry. Rice was dry. The fajitas had plenty of meat, but they weren't so great either. read more

The food always tastes fresh, service is fast, and prices are good. The salsa is my favorite and my husband and I always get a big 32oz to take home. I took a star off because the chips seem stale but that's the only bad thing I've had here. I highly recommend the delite tacos and chicken taquitos. The owner must train their staff in proper hygiene practices. In no way whatsoever is it ok for the cashier, who handles filthy money, to prepare the food without washing their hands or wearing gloves. Joob B., I am very suprised you said they would not do a bean taco for you... the bean taco is NOT on the menu but every Taco Delite will customize your order for you... all I can think of is you got a bad employee which is unusual... the 14th store in East Plano will do almost anything you want them to do for you! Very helpful, they actually have people that are vegetarians come in to get bean tacos and bean burritos because they do not put lard in their beans..so all I can say is come visit the 14th store..they will help you out! read more

It's fast food. Not as good as I remember in Frisco. I remember it being awesome but it's not. The ground beef and chicken in their soft tacos are taco belly. I prefer taco cabana. read more

Love this place! Such a great family ran restaurant/fast food with delicious food. For a fast food place, this is at the top ranking! Jonathan is always so friendly! This is the best taco Delite out there! All of their food is soooo YUMMY. Their salsa and guacamole is fresh and so tasty! Their team is extremely friendly and cares about your experience there. Taco Delite on 14th Street is clean (I mean really clean), fast, fresh and inexpensive. When I leave the metroplex, it is where I eat first upon my return. I feel that if you try it you will honestly like it and will return for more. My brother Jerry owns this Taco delite and I am super proud of him and of his food. Sry. Keep on driving. This place is nasty. Everything is low quality and needs a major upgrade on everything. The food there has so many additives, I just ate four loaded nachos and threw up in the bathrooms. Their service is terrible because they don't ask you: hello! I would like to say Taco Delite is the best place to eat in Wylie for Tex-Mex food. It is a small business and not a franchise. They make the food in house. It is not delivered by truck and heated in a microwave then served. We order food for our business on Saturday and everyone loves the food. We call the order in by phone to a very friendly person that makes you feel as if you are the only customer they have. When you arrive for the pickup everyone is friendly and talking with you. The food is always good, the service is great and we have been eating there since the day they opened. We will continue to eat there. Their prices are very good and the food is delicious. read more
