I was seriously craving something greasy so I went with the spare ribs poutine which turned out to be a smart choice. They put plenty of curds which is always something I like in a poutine. The fries themselves were well-seasoned and thick while the meat was very tender. They would have been quite good on their own too. My only complaint was that they garnished it with deep-fried onions that were cold. I think even if they had been hot they wouldn't have added much to the poutine as a whole.

Finally today it was actually where it was supposed to be and we tried it. And I have only regrets. Tried two different tacos as well as a chicken dish. The tacos were so laden with liquid ingredients that there was no way to actually eat it unless you went at it with a fork and knife... okay, fine... spoon and knife. The point of a taco is that you lift it up, but these you just couldn't, the liquid had made holes and everything came out of them. Two hours later, I'm still thinking about all my regrets. But worse... I'm so damn hungry that I'm thinking about going out again for lunch, because it was so unsatisfying.
