Most importantly, we are very happy with our new porch, recommend LJR highly, and would happily work with them again on any project!

Prior to going to The Tile Source I went to other places and I was struggling with choosing a backsplash for my kitchen. I made an appointment and brought in several photos of my kitchen then explained what my vision was. Stacey showed me several different tiles that complimented my kitchen and then gave me some time to look them all over. Little did I know while she was giving me unhurried time alone to decide which samples I would take home, she was at the other end of the store putting together some beautiful accent tiles that she thought I might like for under my hood. They were beautiful! I ended up going with the tile I liked most with the accent tile that Stacey picked out herself. She knew that they went well together. She even recommended a tile guy who also ended up being amazing! I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Stacey and Jen were both really attentive and helpful. They were both very responsive to emails and phone calls. They were both extremely helpful and they both truly care about their clients. Their prices are reasonable, but even if they're slightly higher it is totally worth it because they go above and beyond to give you a 5 star experience, which you can not get online or at larger stores. I will refer everyone to them!

Both jobs involved a complete gut of the bathrooms and remodel of the kitchens so everything from electrical, plumbing, tiling, woodwork and painting was done. The job included installing cabinets in the bath and kitchen along with tiling floors and walls. Granite countertop was installed. Floors were sanded and polyed. All new lighting fixtures and appliances. So everything from soup to nuts was done. Obviously, we were happy with the first experience so we called upon him again. Our second experience was equally as good...the place looks fantastic! We would absolutely call on him again for any future work.

Our initial impression couldn't be farther from the truth! Overall, Celio's work was careless, his demeanor was COMPLETELY unprofessional and at times, downright scary. Celio was extremely volatile, to the point where he shockingly got into a physical altercation with my husband and stormed off the job leaving a hole in our floor, a toilet in our hallway, and debris everywhere. He abandoned the unfinished job, after being paid in full, during his second time back to make repairs to his work (after his first repair was carelessly done and left additional damage). Such a waste of time and money since I ended up having to spend more money hiring another contractor to fix his work.

The said they could do it, and we agreed on a fee for leveling the floor. Great. But then they didn't level the floor. The installer said it wasn't necessary when I came home and he was 3/4 done with the floor. When I complained about the final result, they didn't offer to take up the flooring and level it to make it right. They did remove the charge for leveling the floor but otherwise charged us full price for the install. 6 years later and our floor has been awful ever since Day 1 and I still hate how bouncy it is in many spots and its now starting to pull apart. I already need to pay for a new floor when should have lasted 15 years or more. I will say everyone we spoke with was kind and never rude, even if they didn't offer to make it right.
