Thickest crunch wrap supreme I have ever had. The staff were friendly and hospitable.

Staff is rude and condescending. I have never been treated more poorly at a restaurant. If you want to be completely disrespected, go eat here. read more

Very fast, very good. Their portions are similar to 2010s Taco Bell and the orders come out super fast. Good value too. Well decorated and recently renovated. read more

Negative Infinity should be a rating for this location! We have lived here for a year and a half and this is our 3rd time going because the first 2 experiences were so Horrible! But...tonight Took the Cake! We ordered All NEW menu items, and they were ALL terrible! The entire food order was old, cold,& rubbery! The Al Pastor street chalupas were so hard and dry, they were inedible! The chicken Al pastor quesadilla only had meat on 1/2 of the quesadilla. Literally, 1/2 had a small amount of chicken, the other side was just cheese! The Cantina chicken crispy taco was so old that the cheese was solid and the tacos shell was literally disintegrating and falling apart!! This experience was not only unacceptable but totally ridiculous! The manager on duty, Steven, was annoyed with my call and dismissive! When I called, the manager on duty, Steven, said we could come back and bring it in, or he could refund. I mentioned that I got the taco free being a new Taco Bell app member, and he then said I'd have to go online, and that he couldn't do anything!! This is after I already told him I ordered it on the app and he asked me "what would you like me to do about it?" I'd literally just downloaded the app for the first time to use it for this order, and THIS was the food quality and horrendous service I received?!??!! So if I were to drive back, during Rush-hour, with my toddler, then the Manager Steven may be able to remake it......but Probably not (per him), since I purchased it on the app?? I'm LIVID!! I need my money refunded immediately and a replacement credit! read more

Our favorite Taco Bell Restaurant in Georgia. Great service and food. Restaurant and restroom is clean.

It's pretty frustrating getting cold food with a missing item after waiting over 20 minutes in drive thru line at 10pm on a Thursday. Try hiring people that know how to count 3 items at a decent pace. I have gotten good service here before, but recently it has been going downhill. read more

They always give you great customer service and fix any mistakes honestly my favorite location

ordered three crunch wrap supremes. Not one of them had any meat or cheese, just lettuce and tomatoes. Absolutely nasty and disgusting. Thanks for nothing you gross outs. Soda tasted like toilet water. It probably was. read more

forgot food items on my order the past 5 times i've order, customer service is horrible i called to say they missed a few items and the person who answered hung up on me, this is not the first time that's happened either i called maybe a week or so ago and they said they couldn't do anything about it they pretty much dismissed it and didnt do anything about it. i would give this place negative zero stars infinity. Im NEVER eating here again if this is how they treat there customers on a daily basis. I hope that whoever's there gets fired and new management comes in that properly knows how to run this place because these people cant, there lazy and ignorent and apparently not properly taught how to properly manage a business. read more

Taco Bell - me after not getting my items - Fast Food Near Me - Woodstock, Georgia

Hands down the best taco bell in the area and one of my favorite fast food choices near downtown Woodstock. Service here has been friendly fast and accurate while the food is consistently above par regardless of the time of day. While quality of service has declined at other establishments since the pandemic T-bell on 92 has really stepped it up. Good job and thank you! read more

This is my favorite Taco Bell location in the area. The employees are always nice, I haven't had any issues with my orders, and everything is well made! read more

I have been going to this location for over 10 years and the service and quality of food has always been perfect and drawn me back again and again, however my last 2 experiences at this location we absolutely awful. They have hired and new guy who constantly has a horrible attitude and is very rude to me, constantly forgetting my sauces, food, and drinks, and worst of all rushing me to finish my order even when it is not busy in the drive thru. Really has made me reconsider my business with this company. read more

I love tacobell don't get me wrong but the encounter I just had with this older lady was ridiculous. I placed a mobile order and when you go to the drive-through and they read it back to you it should be exactly what you placed on the mobile order while I get to the window and she's trying to hand me the wrong drink so I politely say I don't think this is my drink. I had a freeze she tells me I can keep the wrong drink and that she'll make me the right one. I was like OK that's totally fine thank you well then when she makes me with my right drink, she tries to scold me telling me next time I need to order the freeze. I show her my screen and say I did order the freeze. She tells me that what I ordered on my phone is not what she sees on there and that on my phone it's right, but on her screen, it's not even though it was confirmed at the drive-through I tried to explain to her that I don't think she's looking at the right thing and she slams the window at me and tells me that it's all fine. I really don't think that was very professional. I still love Taco Bell and Will come back for the food, but maybe that woman needs to learn some customer service skills read more

Kenzie with the blue hair was amazing! Great service! Very nice, very patient!

This has been my go to place for an after work snack. The drive thru has always been fast and the people pleasant. I usually stop about twice a week for years and order the same thing. Taco Bell runs a happy hour special from 2-5 $1.00 medium drinks. I'm usually there by 5 so I order a medium Baja blast. But I've noticed lately they have been trying to charge me full price. I finally asked the kind employee way. She said the owner was a crook didn't want to give people the discount unless they asked for it. So needless to say I've made my last stop at this location. read more

This Taco Bell is the best one I've been to! The staff is super friendly and the drive thru is very fast. My order is always hot & correct. I usually get the nachos bell grande. I guess the only comment I'd make is that I wish they gave more of the hot sauce. It's my favorite! read more

I once dated a guy named Marcos who really loved to eat tacos. We would drive all over the place and call it the Taco Bell chase. It was kinda fun for a while until one day I found him and Jenny Zile in the backseat doing a Roman mile. With one kick I showed Taco mouth who be the queen of the south! read more

Worst Taco Bell in the area by far. I don't believe they have ever gotten my order right. calling in to get the problem fixed doesn't seem to work either as no employee seems to care. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Taco Bell. read more

This Taco Bell is THE WORST!! They act like you are a burden from the moment you walk in. 7 employees, 3 doing nothing at all, and yet wasn't greeted for over 5 min. When the girl finally decided to come over she acted like it was such a chore to take the order. The food took 20 minutes even tho i was the only one in the building. They clearly just don't want to work. I will never be back. read more

I've said it before, I'll say it again. This is the best Taco Bell around. Consistently good, and my order is always spot on. Fantastic and friendly service as well. read more

We came via the drive through this evening and got gorditas, tacos and a 12 piece order of cinnabun bites. Drive away and they left out the $5 order of cinnabun bites and didn't give us a receipt. Hate it when you get home and realize they charged you for food you didn't receive. read more

I miss the old taco bell menu. They no longer have Pico. They get the order wrong a lot. I hate lettuce on tacos and it never fails...they put it on even when I say not to. read more

Made an order for delivery at 11:00; an hour before close. Order was accepted and made by 11:20 but canceled almost an hour later. Wasted nearly an hour waiting due to lack of efficient service. Not the first time this Taco Bell experience has been ruined due to lazy and unprofessional employees. Do not recommend for any reason. Go to McDonalds. read more

We had the mist horrible experience at this location. It was snout 9:30 pm and we went thru the drive thru. They had very little dejection of chicken and we wanted to order a bucket of chicken. It wasn't an easy chore because the girl at the widow Kroger telling us they were out of certain pieces of chicken. We had to decide if we wanted crispy or original since it all had to be ordered separately. I think we were all frustrated. Anyway the driver if the car said let's stop talking and just order. The girl at the window took offense to that and closed the window and refused to serve us. We drive around to the pickup window and added to speak to the manager and explain we didn't mean to offend the young lady who was helping us. He would not give us there names snd told us they were a franchise and complaints wouldn't bother them. Well we drove off and went to Chic Fiila. Great food there but the kids wanted tacos and fried chicken. Very frustrating exp read more

Asked for no chipotle and got extra. Asked and payed for extra potatoes and got 3 in each taco.

Went through the drive thru a few weeks ago with my husband and brother to grab dinner. As we were pulling through we see a younger employee sitting on the counter?!? Like what?!? That's disgusting, not only that she was playing with and pulling up her long hair! On top of that they forgot some of our food so we had to pull back through, and saw her still sitting there. The picture is on my husbands phone or I would include it. Won't be back to this Taco Bell for awhile. read more

Staff is very friendly at the drive-thru. They never forget the sauce. This is a plus! The only thing that I could complain about is that they undercook their chalupa shells. Every time I order it, it's very light in color and soggy. Still won't stop me from coming in, but I just make sure to order tacos instead. read more

A little snow and this place has every single employee hiding in the booths, machines still on as you drive through. Manager pulls up with lunch for all the employees and, "they are closed." Mobile ordering still turned on and they are still wearing head sets. Mentioned how poor of customer service it is and the manager swore at me in Spanish.... read more

I know. Taco Bell? Well, once in a while, the urge hits you like a yappy Chihuahua in the shins. I recently moved and this Taco Bell is conveniently located en route. (Or, in Español "en ruta") So, while all of my kitchen was still in boxes, I stopped here once. Or twice. Ok, ok, tres veces. Muy bien. The reason you're reading this review is because I was impressed with the drive-thru service. The courtesy of Orson U (named on the receipt) each visit was impeccable. He clearly repeated my order each time, read the total and when I pulled up to the window, he was all smiles and attentive. These little things matter when you're in a hurry and Orson didn't vary from that perfect routine. The food was consistent with that of any Taco Bell franchise. It's not "fine dining" but it is fast and economical. I suppose, if you're on this stretch of Highway 92 and you need a fast food fix, give the Taco Bell team a try because I know they'll get you in and out muy rapido! read more

Learn the difference between steak and beef. Every time I've ordered a STEAK quesarito I was given beef. First time it happened I let it be. Second time it happened I was a bit annoyed and told them of the miscommunication only for them to try to tell me I'm wrong and say it's steak I had to show them it was literally beef like wtf do you think I don't know the difference like why would I be complaining if it was right???? And third time it happened AGAIN and I didn't wanna go through the same bs so I simply asked for my money back. I've stopped making the quesarito my main order since they can't seem know the difference. I only go there once in a blue moon for soft taco since they'll never get that wrong. ‍ read more

Times are tough right now (I'm broke), and I needed food - Taco Bell did not disappoint. Service & food were impeccable.

I picked up food today from the Taco Bell on 92. The food was cold and stale. I would not recommend this Taco Bell.

This is the most incompetent place to order from. Rarely do I go and get the actual food I ordered. Tonight I ordered a T8 soft no lettuce. Simple order! And of course get a T8 hard with lettuce. So glad the person working there was able to do their job so well since I haven't ate since noon and just got home at 1am. When I order certain food a certain way I'd like to be able to trust that the food put in the bag is ACTUALLY what I ordered... read more
