Smh, 13 minutes standing at the counter waiting for a taco and a burrito. I watched everything they were making going to drive thru. When I pulled up I decided to go inside. End of the day, I rarely eat here and i don't have the menu memorized and i didn't know what I wanted, so I go inside. Kids these days don't seem to know how to bust ass. The drive through was lying and saying that they were short handed, there were six people working that I counted. I know that they focus on the drive through because they are timed and have to keep those numbers down. I'm not even hungry anymore. When I went to eat my food I noticed that the hot sauces (4) that were clearly noted on the receipt were missing, that pissed me off. Went through the drive thru and pointed out the mistake. Girlfriend didn't recognize me, she seemed shocked "this was at the drive thru "? "No, I'm the dude that stood at the counter for thirteen minutes while you fed the drive thru". This location is all over the place. Sometimes they're awful, and sometimes they're great! Occasionally VERY messed up orders are made better by this location staying to the correct prices for things, unlike other locations! Mostly good customer service too. I just remember one REALLY awful time. they care and give good service, like any other Taco Bell. I can't say that this location is better than any other though. It doesn't have some outstanding things. So that's why it gets the 6/10 I gave it. They do close rather early for a Taco Bell though. 1:00 AM. If you go to Kelso or Longview, it's 4:00-5:00 AM. Re-opening at 7:00 AM. I frequently come here because the prices are actually normal, the service is good, and they're never too busy because that's Woodland. I'd highly recommend this location! If you've been unsatisfied with the raising prices of certain locations, come here for a cheaper and more relaxed environment and location! read more

My food was very good this visit. We had the chalupa box and a veggie power bowl. They got our order correct and the food was hot.

MINIMUM WAGE, MINIMUM EFFORT. I ordered online with the option to use the drive through, that part was fine. I get to the place and the drive thru is completely packed all the way to the roundabout... so I decide to just go inside... to find out that the lobby, at TACO BELL, is closed from 1-2. Thats right, where you go to get lunch, goes on a lunch break. This alone was reason enough for this review, but the kicker is that there was no more room in the parking lot for the drive thru. I actually couldnt get in line or I would have been at risk of causing a wreck. I wanted to cancel my order, but I could not find the option anywhere... so I was tasked with either losing my money or risk getting hit. I left the parking lot, drove around for a minute, and the drive thru moved, but as I arrived there were, not even joking, FOUR PEOPLE trying to go in the lobby, to then be forced to turn around and join the chaos I was a part of. I couldn't believe it. This is inexcusable. I refuse to go back. I dont care, its not worth the hassle. There is no reason TACO BELL should be closed during the lunch rush. I will do everything I can to avoid this place and make sure nobody goes there. Plenty of other mexican restaurants that do take out... that will actually do their job, and actually taste good. We love Taco Bell and can't believe this hasn't been listed in Yelp yet. It's in a great location in the Wal-Mart parking lot. We've stopped several times while in the area and always been pleased with the food and with the service. There were four of us. Food was hot, fresh and service was perfect. It's Taco Bell what can I say? Tables were clean and the service was fast enough for how busy they were. Plus side is the free WiFi was fast and easy to log on. The food was the normal fast food Mexican food. I would opt for a Taco Time instead if there was one close by. There is a drive thru at this location. read more

Stopped here yesterday around 6 p.m. on the way back to Oregon. This is the worst taco bell I have ever tasted. I ordered a burrito Supreme and a diet Pepsi, both were horrible. There was hardly any lettuce or tomatoes on the burrito and just a drop of sour cream. It was more like a beef and cheese burrito. Additionally it was cold and I was eating it in the car, in their parking lot. It was terrible! Also the diet Pepsi tasted like soap or disinfectant. Both were so bad that I threw them away. I did go back inside to tell them I didn't think I for a burrito Supreme and they had me open up the burrito to show me the tiny bit if lettuce in it. Never offered to make a fresh one. This place is ridiculously slow and the people who work there are gross. I wish they would rip this Taco Bell out and put something else there. The owner/ manager is and has always been inept in this location. He and his crew are simply overwhelmed and cut corners so now the food is far below average.
