my chicken quesadilla tasted so bad i wanted to puke all over. this taco bell has had a lot of problems with staying open so it should probably just stay closed and not open ever again. read more

My family tried to dine in and the doors were locked. The drive through was 6 cars deep. We drove to Fort Collins and ordered food and on our way back we drove back by and the cars hadn't moved at all. We will not be returning to this Taco bell even though it is close to us. I have never been locked out of a restaurant during business hours. Horrible way to drum up business, but a great way to drive it away. read more

Took three visits to get it, but we finally did get it. NEVER AGAIN. Consistently BAAAAAADDDDD. Dirty, food always wrong, 38 minute wait....and that was the shortest of the three visits over the past 18 months. $30 later and STILL couldn't get it right. All we got was a blank stare. Nope. Never again. read more

Have never waited this long in the drive thru ever! Terrible service! I wish I could escape this nightmare

If you go to this Taco Bell and expect what you order to look anything even close to resembling what the image on their menu looks like, you'll be very disappointed. If this is the Best Taco Bell that anyone has ever gone to, then you've gone to some really lousy TBs. As long as you don't mind a burrito being 99% wrap, and 1% content, you'll love it here. read more

I was recently at the Taco Bell in Windsor when I witnessed one of the employees with his hand inside the back of his pants, he then proceeded to handle customers drinks (without washing his hands) that were coming through the drive through. Disgusting. read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Windsor, Colorado

See all

This Taco Bell is the worst they always disappoint. They are incapable of getting an order right. But like a dog to it's vomit I return. I put an end to this today. Not only has every order been missing items for the last 10 orders. Profits must be bad if theft is how they keep their doors open. And this time they left out the 2xs cinnamon twists the put sour cream in two of my Tacos I hate sour cream. It's bad enough that 99% of the time the tacos are mush by the time you get them. I'm tired of mistakes paying for things I never get and the longest drive thru in the history of "Fa read more

Worst Taco Bell ever!! They are super slow even in drive thru you have to wait 15 minutes. They leave food out of the orders all the time, they also make the wrong food. You have to spend another few minutes in the drive thru to make sure you food is at least all there. It is horrible that Windsor has so few fast food places that this is something we put up with. Corporate needs to really look at the management of this place. read more

I have bad luck with fast food, but this was the worst. I placed my order online through the app. When I got to the speaker at the drive thru they couldn't locate my order. I had to repeat that they had the wrong name and order multiple times. They said they still couldn't find it and there was nothing they could do. Finally they got a manager. The manager yelled at me that they didn't have my order and to pull to the window to speak to her. I should mentioned I offered my order number as well. I showed her my phone with the order and she continued yelling at me that the person couldn't hear well, to look at the computer for myself that my name wasn't there, and there's nothing she can do. At this point a cool from the back came to the window, asked for my phone and went back to make the order. I'm sorry but why didn't she do that?!? I had confirmation. I called corporate and come to find out they gave my order to someone else 30 minutes before I got there. The time showed competed before I was even off work! read more

This Taco Bell is awful. Last time I was here I dined in. Waited forever for my food. People came in and got their food. I went up to the counter. It was ready. Just sitting there. Plus it was freezing inside the building. I ate fast and ran it was so cold. Today we went through the drive through. Isn't this supposed to be fast food? Over 20 minutes. Won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

I wish I could give them a negative star review. We have tried to give them the benefit of doubt but can no longer ignore their simply awful service. After more than a year of bad service and 30+ min wait times....it's time to move past the Bell. Please for your sake, don't give this business your patronage or support. The owner must be held accountable and we as consumers have that power. read more

I just got completely ignored in the drive through here. Door signs say 7am, not even acknowledged at 8:30. Close this place before the negligence gets someone sick. read more

25 minutes plus for food... ha ha, it's supposed to be fast food... it literally was dead when we went into the store. Someone higher Up the Taco Bell chainneeds to look into the poor service here! read more

Tried to go through dive through on Halloween 10/31 at 9:05 pm. Why in the world are you closed. OPEN late says the commercials. I wonder if the owner knows or cares that their employees are turning off the lights and closing up versus taking care of customers. Horrible customer service, NOT enough staff and not exactly clean. Wonder how they pass the health inspector. Wish corporate would make franchise get this place up to what is supposed to be. read more

Food is standard Taco Bell food. Staff is friendly and well meaning-the only reason this gets 2 stars as opposed to 1. With that said, almost every drive through order myself and everyone else get is incorrect in some way-it's a running joke throughout Windsor and has been that way for years despite multiple changes in staff, management an complaints to corporate. Even having them repeat the order back to you does not seem to help. I will put a feather in their cap by saying that they are always extremely (and genuinely) apologetic and usually throw in some cinnamon twists. With that said, it is still anywhere from an annoyance to a disaster to have gone home with the wrong order-especially if you are tired, starving or running late to work and have to go back to have it fixed. read more

Don't know what's changed, but my last visit here was a disaster. Waited over 20 mins before cancelling my order and asking for my money back, as several other customers did as well. Employee was talking on the phone, and really did not seem to care about anything in the store. (they were not that busy, just incompetent) read more

Yes it is fast food. However every time I go there they forget part or most of our order. Being in the restaurant business this is unacceptable. I called the other day after 6 times in a row and the manager apologized and said, after some debate, that we would receive a free meal next time and to just mention my name. Well went to redeem yesterday and it was a huge frustration when they argued me and said no I only get what they forgot last time. I said no she said meal because you forget something every time. So they then called her and she said I had to have my receipt from last time and only got that amount. She never said that originally. Funny part was this order was cheaper than the last! Ugh! It's not hard to double check your orders. My employees seem to be able to do that!! read more

Currently stuck in drive though on minute 35 wtf! How long does it take to put some things in a bags! This is ridiculous! If I wanted to wait this long I would have just gone to a legit restaurant read more

People working are always polite and the food is prepared perfect. My single issue is the reflection of the non motivated management. If management worked even 25% as hard as the staff this place would be close to a 4 and a half star place. Never had to say how disappointed I am in management, because I watch the staff hustle. read more

I pulled a hair off of my tongue from the first bite of a five layer burrito! LONG BLACK AND CURLY!When I went to tell the manager discreetly what had happened. He screamed loud at me " OK which burrito was it" ANNOYED as if I was looking for some type of freebie. The throw up I was holding almost got projected out into his face. His name is Aaron he has no customer service skills whatsoever and probably treats his employees the same. HES A BIG BULLY :( read more

I am not sure what has happened to this location in recent years, but is absolutely horrible. We sat in the drive thru tonight for 40 minutes. Yes. 40. There was one patron in the restaurant, so it couldn't be too many people. And, after 40 minutes, our order wasn't even correct. One could argue that with the cold weather you were short staffed, but this is not an isolated incident. This location has gone down hill for years. They are always understaffed, there is hardly ever an adult there (if ever), and we are lucky to not have to come back because we are missing items. I am not exaggerating when I tell you we have to check our order before leaving to be sure that everything is right AND that we didn't pay for supremes without getting the supreme toppings. It sucks that we have to do this, but we get burned EVERY SINGLE TIME. For the love of God, fix this place. read more

Yeah, so I'm here at 8am. This location opens at 7am. And there's no employees here, I waited in the drive thru and even called the store. Whoever was supposed to open clearly isnt here. I'm mad. I just want some food man. read more

An hour and a half before the lobby closed we walked in and we were not so nicely kicked out by the manager and he didn't have an excuse as to why to the lobby was closed. So we go through the drive thru get our order that took em 15 minutes with what looked like full staff. If you want taco Bell while in Windsor, just take the extra 15 minutes and go to Greeley. read more

RIDICULOUS!!! "Sorry we are understaffed" is NOT an acceptable comment when I've waited for 35 minutes for my order. No mention from the person taking my order that they are at least 30 minutes out from being able to fulfill my order. Then after waiting 35 minutes to get my order it's WRONG. I told them what I was missing, so they made it "quicker" than my original order. However, I was still missing part of my order!! Wrong again!!! This happened a third time!!!! We will not be returning to this location. My advice just drive on by because this is a MANAGEMENT issue. read more

This place is bad. I went to try and get my last paycheck but the doors were locked with families inside. Which is an osha violation. I called the store four time till someone answered. It was the general manager Rosalinda. I asked her how to get my check with the doors closed. She asked if I could come back later cause they were "busy." I told her that I couldnt comeback and that I needed it now then she hung up. After calling a couple places just to make sure we were correct. We called back and Rosalinda answered again and said that I never told her I couldn't come back. But yet there was a witness there with me. This same manager also hired a high school student then fired him the next day because he couldn't close more than three days a week. She said she wasn't going to hire anyone if they can't close. But everyone that applies there is in high school. So they cannot close every night at 12. But then the manager complains that she doesn't have people. This place shouldn't be running. The owner has already had one Taco Bell close under her name. read more

Waiting 10+ minutes for 'fast' food is ridiculous. The kids that work here are nice enough but there is zero energy and hustle. The taco supreme consisted of beef and cheese. This is the service we get every time we visit this location which is unfortunate. read more

This place really is not good. First off, they never get my order right, and on top of that, it takes them a ridiculous amount of time to even get me my food (that isn't what I ordered). THe workers are rude and act like you are dumb or something. But hey, when you want Taco Bell, you want Taco Bell and sometimes you godda do what you godda do. Rip. read more

The worst service in town. Manager needs to be trained on how to do the job correctly.

Has gone drastically downhill. I worked here as a teen, and it was an award winning store. Since the ownership change, it has become the lackluster place that almost every Taco Bell is. read more

This place is ridiculously slow. What does one go to taco Bell for if not speed? The food will never be great but at least it should be fast. There kids working on this place are slow and apathetic. About every other order gets screws up in some way. Go to McDonald's instead. read more

Best taco bell in the area. They have a great staff here and I have never had an order problem. It is also much cleaner than the other taco bells in the area. read more

Worst experience ever. First we wait in the drive-through for 30 minutes. Then get up to the window make sure that the girl gave us diet Pepsi and not Pepsi. Then got home to find one taco missing as well as she gave us Pepsi. Who the hell is running that place? Corporate really needs to have a sit down with the franchisee. read more

Standard Taco Bell quality/selection. 2 stars due to the fact that it took almost 20 minutes to get 2 bean burritos. The staff was well meaning and "apologized" for the wait, but it was a token apology. If it takes 20 mins to get your food, that's a major problem! Offer me a coupon for a discount or something! I'd go back in the future as long as their parking lot and drive through is empty. read more

This place has some serious management issues, every time I go it takes 20 minutes to get your order! However, tonight was a record spent over 30 minutes in the drive-through with only four cars ahead of me! Oh and they can't manage to fix their drive through menu sign that's been out for over a month, you can hardly see when ordering at night! Really surprised to see a franchise restaurant run so poorly. The owner should be ashamed. read more

This taco bell used to be the best, sadly they are now the slowest fast food place I have seen in my life. Dont come unless your willing to wait 20 minutes for T bell... read more

We went to the drive through to see all the outside signs turned off even though the restaurant was open and we were in line for approximately 30 minutes. We even called to tell them that the lights were not on and to let them know that we have been in line for much to long. The response we got was that they were doing all they could and then hung up. Very unprofessional. I normally would just let it go but this is not the first time this month our experience was the same (horrible). A VERY long wait and no outdoor lights. I love the food but the place is going downhill fast. I don't understand why? I can not even write the corporation or store management to let them know because the website will not allow me because it says it is temporarily down.... for 2 days. read more

This is the best Taco Bell in the region. Windsor's Taco Bell features great staff and the best Taco Bell food you can get. Mind you, it's still Taco Bell food. But if that's what you're seeking this is the place to go. If I had only Fort Collins' Taco Bells to dine on, I would probably swear off Taco Bell for life. This one is a gem. Thank goodness it is around to redeem Taco Bell. read more

service is always slow, took 20 minutes for a soft taco an a pepsi, and half the time they give you the wrong order

as far as food quality, this is one of the better taco bell locations in the area. quality and portions generally exceed my expectations. the reason this rating is only 1 star, though, is because of the quality of service. it has always been hit-and miss at this location, nothing worth complaining about, but this evening while at the drive-through window i was shown how little some (if just one) of this location's employees care about the food service industry. the employee sneezed directly onto the cash register twice while swiping my card without covering her face or even turning away. she said nothing at all as she handed me my order, and instead i was given a look that i can only describe as contemptuous. i felt as though i was inconveniencing her by choosing to eat there. it was very uncomfortable and i won't be returning. read more
