Just went through the drive thru half an hour ago at noon. I guess $15 an hour is not enough pay to have our bean burrito have sour crème added like we had requested. I also think that it is bullshit that you ask me to round up to the nearest dollar just so your company can get a tax write off from all of the donations in the "Taco Bell" corporate name. Let me just say i had one bad experience with this place a very VERY long time ago since then they have stepped their game up with some dedicated workers, and every single time I've gone since my bad experience, the food... has hands down been the best thing I've had after a long day at work. And let me tell you i do NOT make it easy for these folks.. i order ALOT OF FOOD. They get it done fast and are always polite with me. But have you ever gone inside? The place is down right spotless and has two self order screens that are always open when i go in. This Taco Bell is hands down one of-if not the best-Taco Bell I've been to. While I can't really say much about the ambiance of the place (as I only used their drive thru), the staff here was beyond incredible. Their flexibility, patience, attention to detail, understanding, and kindness was outstanding...especially considering the ridiculous size of my order (which is truly ridiculous, as it feeds my husband and I for close to a week-yes, I am that lazy, and this order has led to us being bitched out by staff members of other Taco Bell franchises on more than one occasion). They nailed the order-everything was made perfectly, and not a single item was missing! The drive thru cashier, Joni, was incredible, and such a wonderful person! If anyone from the management team at this franchise happens to see this: you need to give everyone on the team that worked on the evening of Saturday, February 17 a raise, as they are exceptional performers in their positions. They had my absurd order out to me in a remarkably swift timeframe, completed perfectly, and were all so incredibly kind to me. Very fast drive thru with friendly workers. I wanted to try the new spicy tostadas. I must say this is my favorite $1 item from any fast food place. How can you not love it? On a crunchy tostadas shell topped with beans, chipotle sauce, cheese, lettuce, tomato's and a red sauce. Not overly spicy but it had a slight kick to it. If you have the Taco Bell app you can totally make ur own special order items with it what you want on them. Don't like spicy just don't add the chipotle sauce and red sauce. I ordered from their new flashy Web Site. It allowed me to subtract the beans & onions I don't like from my Barito Supreme. It allowed me to subtract the Beans from my Nachos Belgrade. What I got when I opened the packages at home was No meat, all onions and beans. Drinks that were half filled, and hidden by the beverage carrier. As an added bonus, the Web Site doubled my order and I got double charged for all my food. This place is one to remember not to go to. read more

This place is really bad. If you actually want to eat something without eating out of the bag I highly suggest you go somewhere else. When we arrived back after getting our order from the drive-through we open the bag to find three tacos completely spilled out and we had to throw those away. This is a relatively new location for Taco Bell in Waterford. They used to be located on the south side of Dixie Highway beside the McDonald's. The Drive-Thru at that location was a bit of a beast with a tight turn that I saw at least one boat of a car fail miserably and end up with a barrier pole end up stuck under the front left wheel well. Anyway ... today's random experience went fine in the drive thru. Order was taken and repeated back to me for confirmation. Money collected at first window and hot sauce/napkins dispensed. Food handed to met at second window. The food is quick, cheap, and mediocre - but I enjoy it here and there. read more

The staff here is great. Everyone that I have encountered in the drive-thru has been extremely friendly and helpful. The food is what you would expect of Taco Bell. The only gripe that I have is that at times the drive-thru can take upwards of 20 minutes to get from ordering food to getting it at the last window. Manager by the name of Danielle, tells, short tempered, makes schedules and changes schedules without asking or telling staff. Has lobby doors locked most times due to lack of staff, wonder why Danielle! My daughter, who at the time worked there had come in to but food with a friend on their way to school, Danielle yelled at her saying, you picked a great time to come eat, I only have 2 people working! If I could give zero stars, I would. I had the most disgusting experience here and will never be back. A few friends and I stopped at this particular Taco Bell drive thru one night around 1am and all ordered food. I ordered a nacho bell grande which was freezing cold so I sent it back and asked for a new one (the rest of the food had not come out yet). The drive thru attendant had an attitude about my request but took it back and sent the nacho out with the rest of the order a few minutes later. This time the nacho was warm to the touch, like it had been put in the microwave. Halfway through eating it, I had an overwhelming minty taste in my mouth so I spit the food out only to find a piece of bright green gum. I was beyond appalled that somebody would have the audacity to spit in someone else's food. I saved the container and payed the manager a visit the next day. She had every excuse in the book and concluded that the gum had to of come in with the case of beans and her employees must have missed it when they scooped the beans onto the nacho. I was never offered a refund or any sort of consolation for having gum in my food. The manager never once apologized for the incident, holding strong to her "strict gum chewing policy" that all employees must follow. Absolutely disgusting and highly unprofessional. Never send food back here unless you want it tainted with. read more
