Ran out of tea at 3pm. Would not make any more. This has repeatedly happened at this one. They are open late and no more tea the rest of the day? That is totally unacceptable. Got an upgrade but need to upgrade the workers too. This place is genuinely trash. The workers don't do anything, you're paying them to stand there. We ordered tacos and a chicken quesadilla with extra cheese they barely I mean literally barely put anything in either of our food. Ordered from the kiosks since they don't do that anymore from the register. Didn't even get my drink but my partner did I stood there for a few mins no one was coming to the front I finally get a cup they didn't tell me what drink I ordered was out so great had to ask then get something else. I went in this establishment the night of May 21, 2026. I ordered at the machine, and waited. 5 minutes later? Nothing. 10? Still nothing. 30? Nope. What about an hour? Still nothing. I left and went to Burger King instead. I went in, ordered, got my food, and left in under 10 minutes. Incredible service. But nobody should ever have to wait an hour. Even half an hour is crossing a line. I noticed 2 people in the drive thru drive off just while I was there. Granted, there was maybe 2 or 3 people working. But when I say working, I really mean slacking off not doing much of anything. (From what I saw). Might eat here again, but might have better luck at the taco bell/kfc on Heart steet. everyweek I come here atleast 1-2 times a week at night or maybe 3 every so often I get lucky and they will get my order right but tn was crazy I got a supreme luxe box I didn't change anything besides the beefy 5 layer I said I wanted a cheesy double beef burrito instead and add sour cream and I told them if they can't change it it was okay we could just take off the beans and the extra shell and add the fiesta strips and rice on it well they put the rice and sour cream on it and took off the beans but left the extra shell on it and didn't put any fiesta strips on it my wife also got food it was the number three her quesadilla wasn't even cut all the way just had halfway sliced where the slices where supposed to be on top of that we waited 25 mins for our food ( whole time which is waiting in line and waiting to order and pay and get I called multiple times and can't even get a answer I'm going in the morning to talk to the manager who's in charge bc night shift needs a new one read more

I just moved here and ordered from here about three times as to give them a chance. My food has came out cold every single time.

Where do I start... My family and I ordered $50 worth of food with minimal notes and everything came out wrong...cold... and honestly gross. This location was absolutely filthy and despite there being multiple people capable of working the register, they would only take order by kiosk. Customer service is a 0/10 for me. For instance, I specifically asked for sour cream on the side and when not put in the bag I went back to the counter and asked for a cup of sour cream very nicely. I was met with sarcasm, hostility, and eye rolls. One lady behind the counter (seemingly the manager) continued to give me dirty looks as my family and I sat in the dining room.They really put up a fight about a 5¢ cup of sour cream. Filthy! The only option to order in the dining room was by the filthy kiosk. The bathroom was disgusting. The staff was less than interested in being helpful with anything. The last 2 times I have went to Taco Bell on 6th in Vincennes they have gotten my order wrong, and I don't really specify my order that much, the only thing I always ask in EVERY restaurant is a drink with no ice. DON'T DO IT! Drive thru only and if I could give 0 stars that's all they would get. Had to repeat order 3 times (and it was a standard order, no special requests). I was very shocked after recieving a vaguely similar order to my origanal request, considering i come here all the time. however i am fairly certain I was in some way poisoned, for asking the very rude manager (who seemed to be more interested in taking his 2nd smoke break in 20 min) for the right order after being given all the wrong food. I went in there before closing last night and got two separate orders, they acted like they put both orders in one back and walked away from the window. We didn't check the bag but got looked at like we were crazy for still sitting there when we asked for hot sauce. 9 times out of 10 the food is wrong but I figured last week I would get a few tacos. I don't have a driver's license so sometimes my dad takes me by places on our way home from work. I ordered $6.00 worth of food and got home like normal with the order intact and correct. Go to check my bank account and the girl at the drive-thru window also charged me for someone else's order. This almost overdrafted my account and left me at 14 cents. So I call and over the phone they tell me if I walk there the next day they'll refund my money that I never spent there. The next day I walk there and they proceed to tell me that it's a corporate matter and I should go get on the site to find the number. I asked what their area managers phone number or bosses phone number is and they proceed to tell me that they have no clue what it would be and that they have never met their bosses. I was livid. So I called the other Taco Bell across town and they informed me that 6th Street are lying and they give me the area managers phone number. I called and no answer so I leave a message. Finally I get a call back and they tell me "again" to walk over there the next day and my money will be waiting on me. It's now been 2 or 3 days and I've walked back and forth from Taco Bell multiple times. I go back to get the money they are supposed to have in an envelope for me and the manager says "oops they must have forgot let me call the area manager". The guy comes back and says "oh, you were right sorry about that". He pulls the money out of the register like I was told they would do a week before and he doesn't even hand it to me, he puts the change on top of the cash and pushes it out into the middle of the counter.
