Had the worse wait time this morning. Arrived at 7:10am (TB opens at 7am) They told me they were running behind at 7:22am (sat for 12 min without anyone acknowledging me) I told them I would wait. It took until 7:35am for my order to be taken. The drive thru person seem to have a attitude because I patiently waited. (Who knew allowing them time would upset them) Sat at the window waiting on food for a additional 5 to 7 min. Coffee was wrong I asked for it to be remade. Breakfast crunchwrap was wrong but at this point with the attitude I would rather not take the chance of asking for that since I can't see it being made. They remade my coffee and slammed the window. It's ok not to completely like your job... but you applied now because you don't want to do your job the customer has to get treated like I gave you the low pay you applied for. Not downing the job. Friendly staff and fast service! Our food comes out fast and hot, and they even manage to properly distribute the quesadilla ingredients 95% of the time. They've recently updated the interior and it's pretty nice, plus they've added order kiosks which is a nice feature. They also do a great job keeping the place clean. read more

Tacos and burritos, ooh lala! This place has sucky service, but they also have meximelts. I love me I melts more than I love my baby mama. That ain't saying much I guess.... But yeah every time I eat here I get really funky breath, but my side girl loves my taco flavored kisses. She tells me " I don't care about your money, all I wannna do is eat tacos honey". A friend and I came to taco bell today on our lunch break. When we walked in we walked up to the counter and waited for someone to take our order. After a few minutes I finally asked someone if we order with them or at the kiosk. No one answered me and there were I think 2 employees that just walked by during the time I was asking if we order with them or at the kiosk. So I turn around and order at the kiosk. At the time I was ordering from the Kiosk, a man walked in and stood at the counter for a second and I told him that they didn't take my order so they probably weren't going to take his either and that he might have to order at the kiosk. He said thank you and proceeded to wait. As I was finishing my order, one of the employees called him up and took his order. So at this point I'm kind of frustrated because I got ignored over a simple question. As I go up to the counter to pay, my total was $4 and some change so I hand the employee a $5 bill. She takes my money and then closes the cash register. I then asked her if she was going to give me my change. She picks up the receipt, looks at how much change I'm supposed to be getting back, and tossed the receipt in front of me. It took about 5 minutes for her to give me my change back for whatever reason. I understand mistakes happen and I'm not mad about her closing the cash register and forgetting to give me my change back. I'm unhappy with the unprofessionalism and the customer service I received today was disgusting. would like a phone call to talk to the manager, so i'm hoping one sees this. read more

I don't have any problem with their food, it's a chain restaurant. But I swear to all that is holy if this location does not consistently forget at least two items in our order... Every time I have gone through the drive thru at this location in the last year (at least 6-8 times) they have forgotten two items and missed one item on our order despite repeating it back to us. The food is great, I'd just love to actually get all of it to enjoy. Maybe I just have bad luck with this location but take the extra few seconds to review the contents of your bag before pulling away from the window. read more

Any morning stops I had made here were always spot on, well made and the wait more than reasonable. The evening is a different story. Every night, and I was going multiple times a week, just has been getting worse and worse this past year. I have never had them get an order completely right the first time. I learned early several years ago to sit there and check the bag before driving off. My last 3 visits are now my last. The wait each separate time was deplorable. The first night it was 15 mins, the next was 21 mins. I got so aggravated I finally pulled out of the line and went to Jersy Mikes. My final wait time was literally 28 mins and that does not include the time waiting at the window. I spoke to the manager through the window whose explanation was that one single customer, 4 cars ahead, had a large order and thats just how it goes. I mentioned that maybe someone should have made a decision to simply have that car pull up out of the way and wait so to serve everyone else. After a pointless frustrating discussion that went nowhere I was handed my meal and of course it was missing items. So I had to sit there longer... manager coughed out a free taco coupon and an empanada for my trouble. Really? A taco coupon for what ended up being 33 mins in a drive through, a messed up order and a sad excuse for poor management of the line? Never again. Done. read more

Excellent staff on Monday evening April 25.. Made my drive-tru order wrong... Upon walking in everyone apologized and in fact made me feel they were truly sorry... The manager made everything right and in fact gave us something for our troubles.... Restaurant received a Rating of "A" 100% from the State of Georgia and they deserved it... I was there on Friday march 31, the cashier never greeted us and while watching the other employees put together the food I noticed one in particular, she had long reddish braids, she would touch her hair, wipe her nose and scratch her butt, not once did I see her change her gloves nor wash her hands and she was handling the food! And I never saw a manager anywhere. We were visiting family in town and didn't want to make a fuss since they wanted to eat there, but I will never again, thankfully someone else made all our food!
