They will make YOU drive back when you find it to be incorrect. When you drive to their store, they won't remake it. They'll offer to charge you for a veggie bowl to add the missing steak to. They have the BEST chips!! If you've been and had a bad experience, I suggest giving them another try. My only complaint is the cleanliness in the eating area -- although the tables get wiped down, it's nothing unusual to see chip crumbs and other bits of food in the chairs and benches. I'd also recommend a fragrance-free cleaner, as it's very disrupting to the senses to smell the cleaner as someone is wiping down a table and you're trying to eat.
