I don't normally give a 5-star to a fast food restaurant but this one stood high above all other fast food places that i visited. Because of one person. I wish I could remember her name but alas, I couldn't. This very young lady--maybe her name was Tina, or Tonya or Tanya--was exceptional. As I was approaching the door with my 90-year-old mother-in-law in tow (She has had a stroke and walks with a stick), I saw that Tina noticed us slowly walking in from the inside. Immediately, she turned to someone in the kitchen and a young gentleman rushed over to the door to hold the door open for us. Such courtesy, wow! Then, after we had ordered, she came out from behind the counter to bring our order to our table. She even politely asked if we wanted hot coffee or ice coffee (because I just ordered 'coffee'). All this time, she was smiling and very polite. If I had a business, she would be the kind of person I would love to hire and make a manager. Again, wow! She impressed me tremendously. read more

Food is great, but the service has never been anything but disrespectful. I shouldn't be scared to go get food somewhere, wondering if they're going to be rude to me or not. I have friends who have literally cried leaving this place!!! New management is needed but unfortunately they don't care. read more

The employees here are trashy and rude. They don't have the patience to listen to the order properly at drive through speaker. I would have given this location a 0 star rating if I could. Will never visit this place ever again. I was guilt tripping if I did anything wrong without realizing for them to be so rude to me so I went through the reviews and realized most of the reviews are bad and that they are straight up trashy! But 5 star reviews are completely contradicting to the 1 star reviews, I don't understand how these employees can be so rude to few people but so nice to other few. When I stopped by there today, they had two small signs saying they were out of a product. I did not see the signs because they were VERY SMALL and I have vision issues. When I ordered the product the cashier rudrly said "MA'AM IT'S ALL OVER THE BOARD OUT THERE THAT WE ARE OUT" This heifer thinks two extremely small signs is "all over". I went today and ordered my usual order of a bean burrito and a crispy taco. I usually remind the cashier to include hot sauce. I forgot today although when I ordered I was asked which sauce. I have plenty at my work so it was no big deal. The employees that work at this Taco Bell are always extremely nice today was no exception. When you go to Taco Bell you know what you are getting so the food is very consistent. I go to this one because the employees are so nice. Props to management for their training. read more

People complain about never get order right but 1. That tells me it's good and not that bad or they wouldn't keep coming back to be able to say never and 2. Maybe your one those at drive through ordering #2 no cheese half meat 2 onions 4 tomatoes #6 cheese burrito with no cheese 1 pickle on side 1/2 onions 2 tomatoes 1/3 lettuce #4 taco with no shell extra cheese no meat double onion half tomato etc and the whole time there's other people ordering too read more

Worst Taco Bell ever. It's been over 10 minutes since I ordered two crispy tacos. Only one person ahead of me in line. I've watched at least 10-15 cars go thru drive thru. Horrible, horrible. This was probably the best Taco Bell I've been to. We were driving through today on our way back to Dallas and stopped here for a quick bite. My moms blood sugar was very low and she needed orange juice quick. The lady taking our order got my mom orange juice very quickly and checked on her throughout our time there. There were about 3 ladies that periodically would make a round and check on everyone in the restaurant. When they weren't busy they were cleaning and stocking sauces and stuff. A few of my friends decided on Taco Bell after church. Whenever we came in they announced they didn't have nachos, which was totally fine; it happens!! However, when they decided to closed the lobby and make us feel unwanted (@ 9:30, Lobby closes at 11 pm) I thought it was a little uncalled for, and here was there reason...They said it was closed because they said "a few of them were leaving and they didn't know where the rest of us were" (mind you there were only five of us and we are most definitely NOT the rowdy type) In other words- they didn't feel like cleaning up after us. First off, we do not wreck a restaurant just to eat and leave...we clean up after ourselves because some of us work in the food industry as well, so we know how important it is to be respectful. Secondly, I feel as if that were very unprofessional and you should not treat your customers that way. I will not be back because of the way I felt unwanted and was poorly treated. The food however was good and the lady that took our order was sweet and helped us in every way we needed! The manager was not. read more
