Very dirty the dining area is filthy, the floor is sticky as are the tables. The drink area is trashy and the restroom is disgusting. I don't think the place has been cleaned in a year. Gross I won't be going back to either Taco Bell or the KFC attached to it. Besides being dirty as heck the service is slow, like in real slow. I guess they screwed up the wrong order since I heard a customer screaming into the takeout microphone that they are coming in to kick someone's butt. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. This is the only one within 40 miles of our house in tappahannock so we have tried this multiple times to know every single time something is wrong, not cooked right, stale or poorly executed. The past few times we ate here, our cinnamon twists have been stale and can anyone tell me where the seasoning on these cinnamon twists have gone? Back in the day these things were covered and now you can't find a speck of flavor. Get your act together taco bell. Ive been to others and yall have got to get your act straight. Avoid this KFC/Taco Bell! I don't typically review every fast food restaurant I visit, but I had to make an exception for this place. The checker (Rita) was inattentive and would not acknowledge I walked in, I had to ask "is it my turn" before she looked at me. Her name tape said manager, which probably explains the rest of this review... Trash was all over the floors, the tables were dirty, and I did not see staff come out once to address these issues. The dining room also had many red panels ripped off exposing drywall everywhere, not sure if it under construction, or just the norm. The highchairs were also very sticky, don't put your baby in them! The soda fountain dispenses eight drinks, the four we tried were out of syrup. We didn't bother to try the others, we didn't want them. They were also out of most drinks in the dispenser behind the counter, so they simply didn't order them I suppose. We did at least get refunds for our drinks. We were passing through this town for Labor Day, we like the town, but will avoid this facility from here on out. It took 15 minutes to get an order that was not accurate. I ordered a #1 (Burrito and crispy Taco Supreme) and a #3 (Crispy Taco Supreme X 3) and received a Burrito Supreme, 1 crispy Taco Supreme, 1 regular crispy Taco and two soft Taco Supremes. When I returned the tacos the server (Jamal) took them in the back and brought me the same bag and same tacos that I returned!!! After getting the on duty manager involved I finally received the correct order. This took 25 minutes from the time I ordered until I finally received the correct order. Others were experiencing similar issues at least in the length of time it was taking to get simple orders. This is a joint KFC / Taco Bell. I would NOT recommend you stopping here AT ALL. The servers and manager were all friendly and tried to help. I just don't understand how one can make such mistakes on an order and why it took so long. read more

We waited a long time before someone came to take our order. However, the cashier was nice. She explained the contents of a few items we had questions on. I like the protein bowls, (meat, lettuce, cheese, beans, rice, sour cream and Guac...score for the carb watchers!) But I ordered mine without rice and beans... and let me tell you, it was the smallest amount of meat (steak) but still, it did taste good. I do recommend the bowls. The reason behind the 2 stars is before I left, I used the restroom and it was super dirty- and NO SOAP. So have the people making the food not been washing their hands? This place doesn't really deserve 1 star! It's crazy how it takes 20 mins a for a steak burrito and a 3 chicken tender combo. Once I received my food, the burrito was still wrong. There's no hospitality training from the employees running the register, floors and tables dirty, and etc. The bathrooms lol, I wouldn't even let my pets use it because they are so filthy and disgusting. Obviously there's lack of training from management because proper management wouldn't allow their restaurant to look like this and have there food subpar to standards. This place is notoriously slow. I've waited up to 45 minutes for my food before. But what makes it so bad is the lack of options. Since this is a hybrid store, they only sell certain things that are offered by both KFC and Taco Bell. So sad they don't have Chicken Chips or any breakfast food. read more

This Taco Bell is absolutely abysmal. The staff is rude and unhelpful, the lobby is dirty, and the drive thru line always moves at a snails pace. I don't think there has been a single time in the past two years where I have been to this Taco Bell and actually been able to order what I want. They are always out of everything! Mac and cheese, beef, chicken bites, etc. On numerous occasions we have been told we couldn't order what we want because some machine or another was down. We even had an employee leave in the middle of taking our drive thru order because it was time for their "shift change". Worthless. read more

Just went to Taco Bell / KFC. After wating 34 minutes for my food, I asked for a refund. Apparently I started a trend, because 3 OTHER people asked for a refund. When I got home, I realized they only refunded PART of my order (I didn't receive anything). I went BACK y the restaurant, where the dude who ordered after me (there was nobody in line when I got there the 1st time) JUST got his dinner, and said "good job, it only took 1 hour and 6 minutes." The police officer behind him asked for a refund, publicly declaring he was never coming back. I intercepted a family and while they were ordering, I said to them "The last guy waited over an hour. If you value your Family's time, I would suggest eating ANYWHERE else. Ask the manager standing right here to see if I'm wrong." So THEY got a refund. Finally, after 2 trips and 96 minutes wasted I got the proper refund ($9.15). What the hell is this place like when there are more than 4 customers, and it isn't 4p on a Sunday? It took 3 levels of Management just to issue me a refund for less than $10. Goodness. read more

Worst fast food joint ever. Sad because I love Taco Bell & the next closet is almost an hour away. Employee with inch long finger nails handling food. Slow and nasty attitudes and don't dare complain. If you risk it be sure the check your bad for missing, wrong or too old to eat items.
