Stopped in the drive thru around 3PM, I purposely went to my cars piggy bank cause I had no cash on me, I grabbed and counted twice 14 quarters, and 2 dimes. My bill was $3.40 and she asked do you want to round up for a local sports team, I replied you can have the change from what I give you. I hand the young girl all my coins, I did not count out in front of her, I heard some coins go into the coin compartments, and then she started counting my coins. She said I only have her $2.75 I knew she did something wrong, and did not call her out or ask for the manager, I canceled the order and asked for my change back. Sooooo horrible. The nachos bell grande was soooo soggy and the taco was up side so everything fell out all over the bag. The manger said come back I'll get you another one. It's been my past experience to not get serviced with "open" light and the staff having intense discussions in dining hall... I've been to this Taco Bell three times in the last month at around 8:30 PM and all three times they have been closed due to the fact that they have run out of food. I can always count on this place when ever I get that midnight craving, especially after a long weekend of partying and getting completely trashed. I love that they are always open late, and their drive through is open even later. This particular location, the facility is always clean and the staff is nice and always greet you with a smile; not to mention, they are fast and efficient and have never screwed up my "to go" orders. I always order their Nachos Bellgrande, Mexican pizza, and Chalupas, just enough food to fill my midnight hunger, pair that up with a side of their cinnamon twist and Im all set for the night. Mind You, they use the cheapest grade of meat that is allowable by the Food Safety board; at least that's what my friend who works in the meat industry tells me, but who cares, as long is it taste good, you have nothing to lose.
