Super quick service and so nice! The girl at the drive thru with the black and green/blue hair was awesome. She filled my drink completely full and didn't just fill it with ice! She was super sweet and kind! And food is great! read more

This place sucks ass, my food was cold and I barely had any meat on my Crunchwrap. the only good thing that I had was a Baja blast. I do not recommend coming to this shit hole. if I could put a zero star or even a negative i would read more

We all know what to expect at Taco Bell, so this review isn't going to point out anything revolutionary or surprising. This location struggles with the customer service-even at the lower level expected at a fast food joint. The overall restaurant is clean, from what I can see in the dining area. The condiments and drink area was well maintained, so they've got that going for them. I ordered two soft shell beef tacos, no cheese or lettuce. That's what I got, but they could have spared a little more meat. I wish I had snapped a picture-there was probably a tablespoon of meat on each taco. Although accurate and tasty, it was embarrassingly small in portion. read more

Taco Bell - Dining area - Fast Food Near Me - South Jordan, Utah

This TacoBell is our favorite. The service is quick, the restaurant is clean and the manager and workers are friendly and helpful!

This location has the nicest lady she's so sweet, I took an e bike sort of ride to this location, I had no idea the lobby closed at 10 pm. I walked in and started ordering and the lady told me they couldn't have me order on the screen inside since the computers were already down. And then offered to have me pay inside at the drive thru and I was so grateful to hear that. She made my order perfectly and it was good Taco Bell as always. Thanks Katie! read more

Service at this location is horrible, you walk in to pick up a mobile order and know one helps you. They look at you and act like you should be ordering from the kiosk and when you say I think that's my online order on the shelf they say just a minute we are bust with other orders. RIDICULOUS!!!! read more

First yelp review and I didn't want to give 3 stars, especially for a place that I love to eat at. My order was simple, there wasn't a line so time and effort could have helped. I ordered from this location twice and this is my first yelp review. 1st Time - I ordered triple crunch wrap w/ chicken and they gave me beef single crunch wrap. 2nd time (today)- I ordered a Mexican Pizza no beans. I got a Mexican Pizza with beans. I checked my receipt to see if the person taking my order got it correct and they did so it's the person making the food and is making them incorrect. Taco Bell Management team - pls read your reviews this place has low ratings and that could easily change by just paying attention to food orders. Let's get the quality control in order here please! Taco Bell - See #photo - Fast Food Near Me - South Jordan, Utah

OMG!! I literally cannot believe this just happened to me, IRL!! We were in line for 6 minutes, at this stupid Taco Bell (which is dead to us now), as the person in front of us pulls forward, the menu lights turn off and the girl says "I'm sorry we just closed. But you could probably go to Riverton, they're still open I think". We were the last people in line, we had been there for 6 minutes, it was the most outrageous, ridiculous thing! Never again will I go, last chance for sure. And I hope the owners are aware that their employees are turning people away. People who were there before closing. Not stellar business practice, IMO. read more

The service is terrible especially Gabe he is power hungry and rude. The food tastes horrible and they have a bug problem the cooks do not wash their hands. I would give 0 stars for how horrible my experience was but that's just not possible. read more

This Taco Bell location is fantastic especially for breakfast! The past four months they are just very friendly, accurate and fast! The food quality is amazing. Thank you! I was here 5/10/2024 8:59 AM and ordered the steak breakfast crunchwrap combo with a large Dr Pepper extra steak and sour cream with the hash brown patty. Delicious!!! Incredible service and quality. read more

Such a bummer...rarely eat at fast food places and on those instances I go, I am reminded why I stopped. Too many reasons to name.

We live practically walking distance from this taco bell and we come about once a week. The service is CONSISTENTLY some of the best we've ever had in a fast food restaurant. The employees are always so nice and our food is always great. we are moving out of the area and we are mostly only sad about leaving this taco bell behind. seriously we love it. read more

Went through the drive-thru. So glad I PAID for EXTRA BEEF. NOT. There is less meat in this Crunchwrap, than there is in a regular Crunchwrap. Did not even receive a regular portion of meat. Have yet to find the tomatoes and sour cream. Basically paid for lettuce and nacho cheese in a tortilla. All of our hard tacos were broken (because they were placed at the bottom of the bag), they did not include any napkins, and gave the wrong hot sauce packets (not to mention, only gave 3 for all of mine and my husband's items - his order was placed separately, but combined in the bag). read more

Taco Bell - PAID for EXTRA MEAT. Did not receive it. Did not even receive a regular portion of meat. - Fast Food Near Me - South Jordan, Utah

See all

No filling in anything I ordered, just lettuce and 3/4 pieces of potato/meat. Is this really what I'm paying for after waiting 20 minutes? (Not to mention they always remember the sauce but never any napkins.) They offered to replace it if I came back but who had time to wait in line all over again, don't waste your time going here. read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - South Jordan, Utah

at the location in south jordan utah off of 11400, i ordered a number 7 and changed the crunchy taco to a nacho cheese taco, two cheesy roll ups, and a limited edition box meal thing. they messed up and didn't give me my upgraded taco or my cheesy roll ups after charging me for them. when i asked to change my taco the lady at the drive thru signed and was honestly super disrespectful from that point after. once we pulled up to the window she wouldn't look at or speak to us, we were nothing but respectful and polite. we even apologized when we changed the taco with the upgrade. horrible customer service/horrible interaction. The complete lack of respect is astounding and the mess up on the food was the cherry on top. completely ruined my night and my food. read more

This Taco Bell is not only slow... they close at 7 pm! What fast food place closes at 7? Just disappointed.

This Taco Bell had consistently been the worst experience I have ever had, and will not go to ever again. Their crunchwraps have almost no beef at all. They miss parts of the order, I had a burrito wrapped sideways (somehow) and was shaped like a baseball. I ordered a burrit and "made it spicy" they added 3 small slices of jalapeño to the top, for almost a dollar. An absolute rip off, avoid this location at all costs. read more

I'm writing this review from their drive thru. Hoping I might get to go home some day, but I've been trapped here for 15 minutes and have lost faith that I will be able to go home any time soon please send supplies read more

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to .. Everytime I come here they take forever on my order & the last time I went in to order I was at the kiosk & I don't think they even noticed I was there.. 2 seconds later I hear a worker talking about a man at the drive thru saying "I bet he's f***ing gay, this is definitely a He-She ordering right now" ... that shit was uncalled for and very unprofessional . read more

The manager refused to talk to us after we waited for over an hour for our order. They said that they didn't have our online order after we showed proof that we had ordered. He sent a new employee out to talk to us and said our order was not his problem. He was rude and refused to do his job. read more

It is terrible ordered a mexican pizza and dorito tack and i got a chalupa nachos and a burrito

This was a joke, spend 100 and they won't let you add something else at the window, couldn't help cause it was being a pain to order online so called and he wouldn't even help me on the phone. Needed to add another burrito and wouldn't, would t even let me just order another one "policy he said". I can't believe how unwilling the guy was to help me get all I needed. Won't come back to this Taco Bell, lazy and let the company lose money and read more

I don't regularly review chains but on the occasion I do, it's usually because I have strong feelings about my experience. And this particular location always gives me positive vibes. I feel like this location does a way better job than other locations. My tortilla is always a bit toasty/grilled and it adds a lot to the texture and taste. I feel this location just puts more care into its products. I go out of my way to get to this location over other Taco Bell's nearby. It's the little things. read more

Poor management! Don't take more then ten orders if you can't keep up with the first three orders! More then 10 cars waiting for there orders in the parking lot and we have been here for over 45mins for just a steak quesadilla! And when I asked the girl who runs around and she said they don't have enough people to work! So why would you take over 10 orders instead of just do the first three and go take the next three! read more

Taco Bell - a view of a taco bell from inside a car - Fast Food Near Me - South Jordan, Utah

This is got to be the slowest Taco Bell in the entire state. I think they only have two people working. One person taking orders and the other one cooking the food in the. There was 4 cars ahead of us and we've been here for 20 minutes. I sure do love Baja freeze blast though. Tasting us as always no thanks read more

I mean it's Taco Bell. The food is typically the same no matter the location. However, this restaurant is extremely dirty. I don't know if they are consistently under staffed, but it takes forever to get your order. Does this mean I won't eat here again? No. But the dining room isn't for me and if there are more than two cars in the drive thru I'm going to Chic Fil A instead. read more

The place is basically run by kids. My order is rarely correct or not missing something. They're always closed when they're supposed to be open. Posting this at 10:18 p.m. on a Saturday and they're already closed. Kids are sitting out front in their uniforms smoking... read more

Gabe is amazing! So kind and turned my mood around instantly! Thank you for being so sweet and giving us a great experience!

My crunch wrap supreme had barely any ground beef in it. It was close to none. You could basically say there wasn't any ground beef on there at all because the menu picture shows an actual layer of meat. This one had just sprinkled tiny pieces onto it. You can't even call it a layer. They ripped me off and skimped me out of the meat I deserve and paid for. For tiny crumbles of nothing. read more

Where is the customer service??? I placed my order at the Kiosk because no one is working the counter. Other people ordered before me. Everyone is angry because we are waiting more than 30 minutes for our food. This place is ridiculous!!! How is it stilL in business with its poor service??? Will management please do something to turn this place around. read more

Every time we go to this location they get our order wrong. Like not even close to what we ordered. We've gone twice recently and it's been wrong both times. Very unprofessional teenagers working. They took our order in a demonic sounding voice and laughed the entire time. No wonder our order is always messed up they don't pay attention to what they are doing. read more

Waited in the drive-thru to what seemed like forever. I ordered a bean burrito, extra red sauce and onions, and a med drink. got my food and was excited to dive in to the goodness. To my HUGE disappointment, the onions were crunchy and the beans were cold. Cold beans!!! gross! I was mad and threw it out. I wanted to go back but the line was too long inside and out of the store. read more

Horrible.Machine was "down" so they couldn't take orders but they tried to write the orders down on "paper" and had 6 cars in line waiting.Tried going inside and was told to leave because the system was down and no orders again were not able to be taken.Didnt have any management come out to tell the customers.Had young kids do it.Unprofessional. read more

Came in for dinner, food was great. Cashier was super friendly. But while we were dining in the lobby, a young girl working behind the counter, with long blonde hair yelled the "F" word, not once, but twice. We heard her being warned not to swear by another employee and yet she defiantly YELLED "F---!" If it was just myself and my husband, i would have shrugged it of to teens being teens. But i had my 3 children with me, all under the age of 6. I am appalled by the way the employees find that acceptable behavior and left the restaurant extremely upset. read more

Food is always fresh, but expect a long wait. Good addition to the district (especially for late night workers like myself).. As stated above, my food has always been great, and the employees really nice. But in going through the drive-thru you're in for a long wait. read more

Tried to order food and we were unsuccessful. Granted we walked in the district location at 10:02 pm (apparently they close their inside at 10 pm. The door was unlocked and full of people so how would we know that). The drive thru was full of cars. We stood for 15 minutes while all the people in the lobby showed us their receipts to prove they have been waiting for over 30 minutes. After the 15 minutes of standing at the front counter the "manager" came up and informed us they were closed for the front lobby and if I had an issue I needed to call the day manager "Heather". I would have rated lower than a 1.. but that was the lowest option. We drove to the 90th south location who was under location and got great service. Huge fail but the Friday night manager.... read more
